They have released the track "Golden Destination"from their new album and a video to go along with it.The video is all live footage and behind the scenes takes from the UK tour with DRAGONFORCE.It came out as an EP single with two unreleased tracks and an Orchestral version of "Thunder Vengeance" which is also on their new album.

I Buy "Electric Pentagram" the same day it go on sales and in my humble opinion... yes, the entire album is incredible. 100% power metal without excuses or compromises. A true gem, a thunderous travel where no album has gone in the last years.

They recently streamed both live DVDs! I guess You missed it... It was amazing!!! Chat was going crazy!!! And just yesterday, Unlucky Morpheus followed that example, and did stream for their live DVD. Finally something good is happening in this covid madness.

They did have one other video for "Golden Destination" that was up for a day or so. Then it was blocked in this hemisphere. The same thing happened when they posted this video. It had something to do with the release dates of the new album. The video for "Golden Destination" had a lot of behind the scenes tour footage in it. I hope they unblock some time.

honestly out of all their songs thats the only weak one in my opinion. Battle for damnation is perfect without it.

Midori (guitarist on our left) and Miyako (guitarist on our right) are both shredders, Their solo swaps are smooth like Dave and Adrian's solo swaps. Maiden and NWOBM was a big influence as are Ritchie Blackmore and Angry Monkeysteam (Yngwie Malmsteen's real name) among others. Miyako is also a classical pianist.
Wish you guys caught the Live DVD streams they put out over the last few weeks. Battle in the East is incredible.

Battle in the East Live songs on various channels got deleted, so any suggestions you got will have will be dead links.

My personal favorite is "Hammer of Wrath" off of their 1st album Awakening the Abyss. It is absolutely smoking!!! Sadly the only official video on the Lovebites channel is the studio track with a picture of the album cover. The only pro-shot live video with decent sound is Bloodstock 2018, but it suffers from some bum notes on the solos (probably nerves--on some fancams of other shows they outdo the solos on the studio version) and the drums seem miked funny. Still, that song in any form will take you back to 80s thrash metal bliss!!
They nailed Hammer at Wacken, the proshot was briefly available, then taken down. Killer version of killer song. And I think somebody has reactted to Hammer of Wrath from Battle in the East Dvd, worth checking that out.
Update: so seems the Daughters of the Dawn dvd version was taken down too. But here’s a fairly decent fan cam Hammer of Wrath @ Wacken. And anything from Battle in the East DVD is worthy. Btw, keep in mind, Battle in the East, Wacken and Bloodstock are all in their first summer of playing live, only 2018. Now they’re already 3 times more experienced together!

@@timgove5337 I think Shaun Stackhouse did a reaction to a decent version of H.O.W. so maybe that was Battle in the East or Wacken. The solos were stupefying whichever one it was, but the sound overall was still a bit lacking. Someone else did a reaction to Addicted off of the Daughters of the Dawn and I didn't think the sound was very good--it all sort of bled together. They are one band that (so far) I prefer the studio versions to the live stuff, but only because I don't think anyone has figured out how to record them live yet, not to mention their studio production is flawless!
I agree but still love their own live releases. Shaun also did it from Daughters of Dawn, & linked it, and it’s gone. I hope Hops reads this, cuz the fan cam’s not all that great. You can hear it, view is good, I’d still enjoy a reaction... but either official vids or dvd versions (Battle in East or Daughters of Dawn) is best...
@@timgove5337 I think they should hire Band-Maid's live post-production crew to do a show for them. I'm sure that would unleash the power these ladies are in possession of!
I ordered my copy early from Japan. The other albums that I bought, I got off of Amazon. You won't be disappointed.

your lovebites videos are getting a lot of views for a good reason.just look at and listen to them! more talent and beauty in one group than you have ever seen! a lot of fan's favorite song is 'scream for me' which is a tribute to iron maiden's bruce dickinson. the best version is from their daughters of the dawn live concert and it starts at about the 30 minute mark.best dueling guitar solos ever.
This song is the faster version of 'ride the sky' from Helloween. I didn't realize it was similar when I heard it. The drummer is a Helloween fan. Shadow maker is also a Helloween type song, can't put my finger on it.
I have been following you for only a week, and have really enjoyed your reactions, I have a challenge for you, it's a bit like the blind taste challenge, find someone who has not heard of lovebites, and play them when destinies alline, in audio only, then get there reaction before showing them the the actual video, I think the second reaction will be priceless

Thats World Class Shred. Better than 90% of whats available in the Industry. Every song is Insanely well written and just as Insanely well performed. Each member is a Graduated Music Major btw. They take their Music Quite Seriously. Our Western bands could use too take note. Try Lovebites Hammer of Wrath and Break The Wall.....

Too bad they don't have the Break the Wall live vid on RUclips any longer. That song is incredible, my favorite song of theirs especially the live version. It kicks butt, probably their hardest rocker. But it has been taken down and just a few reactions for it are still on. It's worth it just to view those reactions though.

I love watching good metal while drinking “the homemade”, you boys from Virginia? Ha! Like the picture you chose, note it’s got 6ladies, the ones in back were guitarists 2&3, did a few short trial sets in 2017 supporting the EP (which was really just a remastered demo and was all rerecorded for the debut full length). The one in the middle faded away, while tall Midori (only member over 5’0”!!!) became their primary songwriter...
Note: youth is wasted on the young. What was I doing when I was 23-25?!
PS, if you didn’t know, they literally named themselves after the Halestorm song, Asami has joined them onstage twice, her dream come true, but the fancams suck

That tour was last November. This interview was last June, she says no plans, but she’s you can tell she proudly wants to say something...

Yes...on the live soundboard dvds you hear either backing tracks (which are impecibly timed) or a hidden keyboardist. I know Mao (male?) is involved with composing the songs.. but never saw a 6th before this pic
