My Interview with Mateja Gravner - The vineyards

Finally online the second part of the interview with Mateja Gravner.
After the exciting visit to the cellar, during which we talked about the history of the company, the use of the amphorae and the importance of some factors, including number 7, we take some time to talk about the vineyards because as Mateja says, "they are the starting and arrival point" of what they do as wine producers.
