The Ed Sullivan line is because Elvis’s dance moves were considered to be too sexual for the time so when he was filmed for TV, they only shot him from the waist up.

The irony being that the Scarecrow was only that-scared, not dumb. Throughout the movie he guides Dorthy with his wisdom reading passages from philosophers like Confucius etc. So that Elvis dis really made no sense. That’s why MJ WON among other reasons.

4:19 that line was actually a reference to a song Mike did. He did a song called "Hold Me" for a movie called "Free Willy". It's also a reference to the allegations, I believe

THE LEGEND Mr BB KING spent A LOT OF TIME WITH ELVIS: 'Before Elvis we had Little Black Sambo, separate black restrooms and water fountains, and colored events that kept us away from the whites', BB King noted as he mention that Presley would attend events especially designated just for African-Americans.
In June 1956, Presley ignored Memphis's segregation ordinances by attending 'Colored Night' at the local fairgrounds amusement park. The following December, King was there as Presley opened up almost unbreakable racial barriers by attending and supporting the segregated WDIA black radio station's annual fund-raising event for 'needy black children' at Memphis' Ellis Auditorium. King wrote in his autobiography that he 'liked Elvis. I saw him as a fellow Mississippian. I was impressed by his sincerity.
When he came to the Goodwill Review (the event WDIA fund raisers of 1956 and 1957), he did himself proud'. 'The Goodwill Revues were important', he wrote. 'The entire black community turned out. All the DJs carried on, putting on skits and presenting good music'. In his autobiography, King said he held no grudges because 'Elvis didn't steal any music from anyone. He just had his own interpretation of the music he'd grown up on, same is true for everyone. I think Elvis had integrity'.
BB KING: 'If anyone says Elvis Presley was a racist', charged B.B. King in the 2010 interview. 'Then they don't know a thing about Elvis Presley or music history. 'Many nights after we finished our sets and I'd go up to his suite', King stated. 'I'd play Lucille (on Elvis' guitar) and sing with Elvis, or we'd take turns. It was his way of relaxing'. 'I'll tell you a secret', King winked and laughed. 'We were the original Blues Brothers because that man Elvis knew more blues songs than most in the business - and after some nights it felt like we sang everyone one of them."
'Let me tell you the definitive truth about Elvis Presley and racism', The King of the Blues, B.B. King said, 'With Elvis, there was not a single drop of racism in that man. And when I say that, believe me I should know'.

He didn’t dangle his child over a balcony. Dangling would of been MJ holding his child by a foot or a arm and that never happened. He had his son in his arm and put the baby feet over the balcony for a few secs. He later apologized to the people who exaggerated the moment with media help as usual. 🙄

1:33 - Elvis died in the bathroom. Some say he was on the toilet at the time, others say he had a comfy chair, a small table and a few books set up in his bathroom since it was the one place he could count on being left alone, and that he died reading in his chair. (A certain number of people do die on their toilets and it should be no reflaction on them as people.)

Rock music is mainly made up of Country music (mostly white artists), and Gospel music (many white and black churches and artists) and the Blues (mostly black artists). Lets add to that the legendary song writers (such as Leiber and Stoller who were white and Otis Black well who was black).
Lets also add European, Asian, Middle East and African cultures where many music instruments used in Rock music were invented.
Rock and roll sprang from all elements of the United States and world. The main demographic wasn't white or black -- IT WAS YOUNG PEOPLE's MUSIC. There was a youth revolution going on, Elvis played a central icon in that movement. It was all about BRINGING PEOPLE TOGETHER and revolting against the OLD GUARD...
Elvis Presley is the only musician inducted into the Gospel, R&B, Country and Rock Halls of Fame.

Yes I know they're dead that's not the point, the point is they both didn't do as good a job as the "actual" artists, what they should of done was have them listen to songs each one sang years ago ( there's a reason that one was the called "The King of Rock & Roll" and the other "The King of Pop")
RUclips has both artists on here with plenty of music that they did and it would have been more enjoyable 😀 (instead of watching these wannabes).
