Where to buy Mozartkugeln in Salzburg

On this short tour we show you where to buy handmade Mozartkugeln in Salzburg. Most of those can only be bought directly at the stores shown here.

0:00 - Map and starting point
0:21 - Altstadt-Confiserie
First stop is at Münzgasse 2 (only a minute away from the Getreidegasse), where you can buy the Echte Mozart-Kugel from the Altstadt-Confiserie.
0:39 - Fürst
Second stop is Fürst at Getreidegasse 47, where you can buy the Original Salzburger Mozartkugel (but they also have other shops throughout the city).
1:12 - Konditorei Schatz
A little bit more hidden in a small alleyway at Getreidegasse 3 you can find the Konditorei Schatz and get there the Echte Mozart-Kugel.
1:50 - Braunpunkt
Go back to the Getreidegasse and follow it all the way and a little bit further to get to the Judengasse 1 where you find Braunpunkt and their Braunpunkt’s Mozartkugel.
2:11 - Reber shop
Go a little bit back to the little plaza (Alter Markt) you just crossed and follow it on the left to find the Reber shop. Although they don’t have handmade Mozartkugeln there, you can find a few different variations, as well as sessional special editions.
2:22 - Josef Holzermayr
Almost next to the last stop at Alter Markt 7 you can find Josef Holzermayr and get the Echte Salzburger Mozartkugel from there.
3:30 - Café Habakuk
Go back in the direction you came from and cross the river via the Staatsbrücketo the other side of the city. Follow the street here to Linzer Gasse 26 where you find the Salzburger Mozartkugel from Café Habakuk.
4:03 - Konditorei Leimüller
For the last stop of the tour just follow the Linzergasse further to find the Konditorei Leimüller at Linzergasse 55 and get the Salzburger Mozartkugel.
