@@ultraviolet540said no one ever. The final trailer is the best of them even though it reveals a lot but no one cares to mention it because the movie is just that epic.
Amen
Just got all 4 movies today in the mail from Amazon
Perfect timing to watch Furiosa this week
just watched it. deeper in emotion tho actionwise isnt as crazy as fury road. fantastic all round.
1:00 That baby looks like Casper. Except it has five fingers. But, Casper has only four.
I’m not as excited as I thought I would be
0:55 We can clearly see the stuntman in the truck
The exact same thing happened when Fury Road came out, but it was polished out for release.
Early reviews are in. George Miller does indeed have it in him to make it epic.
Please please please let there be a short scene where we find a young Doof Warrior finding a guitar for the first time :D
Im sad they decided to go for more special effects and green screen than doing it more practical like in fury road...
Some scenes need CGI, stop complaining! Fury Road had CGI as well! You can't make an apocalypse type of movie without inserting some CGI
They did use some CGI on fury road. Its well documented.
They used plenty of practical effects in this one as well. But it would be virtually impossible to create the wasteland without the CGI. And it also adds to its charm. It's not necessarily realistic, but it maintains the cartoonish spirit of Fury Road.
@@GabrielRodrigues-qp4yt Fury Road was AMAZING! Hardly wait for "Furiosa"
@@blackwidowfan2349 but not as much as this one, you can clearly see how they basically got rid all of the car stunts and made them scigi wich I get it was not the safest but it really added to it
I've read there's a 15 minute scene that took 9 months to film. I don't think it would've taken that long if the whole thing was filmed on green screen.
Mad Max without Mad Max is not Mad Max
yeah, that’s why it’s called furiosa
@@VincentGilmorewith the heading "a Mad Max Saga" 🤣
@@d.l.9517 cause in the same universe? also, the name sells 🤷♂️
No one is more perfect for this role than Charlize Theron.
shame she isn't in it :face_palm:
So excited for Furiosa!! The movie looks incredible, Chris Hemsworth looks ready to steal the show 😊
01:00 Good to see the original CGI Sonic the Hedgehog is still getting work.
What’s wrong with you? That’s a little boy with dwarfism named Quaden Bayles
Dude he’s disabled that’s fcked up
Hemsworth looking like he just came back from an unexpected journey with Bilbo
i don't get the comments here. cgi isn't that bad. as long as the overall movie is good it doesn't matter how realistic the cgi looks. it's believable enough. i always thought that film creators unncessarily spent way too much money on special effects anyways. the story, acting, writing and screenplay matter much more than cgi.
wtf... why CGI worse than 2015??
Yes..look like they use green screen😅
It is the best movie of year 2024 I like the vision and story telling of the George miller. Waiting for next part
Agree
Cgi looks so Indian style
😂😂
Looks absolutely bonkers. I have the feeling Dementus will chew all scenes he's in.
What game is this cinematic for?
WHAT A LOVELY DAY
A Mad Max Saga.... Without Mad Max 👎🏼
Why does every new movie have much worse computer graphics and visual effects than 10 years ago? Did all manufacturers abruptly start making graphics cheaply, in Unreal Engine? Because of this awesome large-scale scenes that should be breathtaking look unrealistic, like in a video game or a cartoon, the whole impression of the movie is spoiled - 0:55 WTF
The answer is actually quite simple, look at the names of the VFX team.
@@ToastyCubes it's some british studios... what you mean?
I see a lot if the Mad Max 2015 game in these shots 🔥
That's why I'm so excited! I'm obsessed with the game & still play it over & over again. And after hearing Hope talk about Dementus & finding his tomb in the game, I can't wait to actually see him in action.
The Mad Max game was based loosely on the scripts for Fury Road and Furiosa, which were written at the same time, and originally intended to be made together.
@@sci-fi.tsunamiI wonder if Hope & Glory are still tied to Dementus canonically, or if that was just the game devs idea. Also- I think Scrotus is in this, but he looks completely different.
CGI looks like it was made on an iphone13 pro max
Charlize theron my only furiosa
The Stars be with you
How did they go from fury road to this? This thing is filled to the brim with CGI.
the movie is great keep crying boomer
Fury Road was 90% a chase/race through a blank desert while this movie takes place in various set pieces, course there's going to be cgi
You know that fury road has like 2000 VFX shots right
This has a similar ratio of digital manipulation as Fury road. George is just going for a more deliberate colour saturated look. Watch this in B&W or with colour stauration turned down and it looks the same way Fury Road did.
It's not the movie we wanted. It's the movie we deserve. 🤣

AT 1:00...that might be young Corpus Colossus from Fury Road... Immortan Joe's oldest ( and only surviving son from the first movie)....
I was expecting a prequel to Mad Max to show us the beginning of the catastrophe, how the world was destroyed, and how it reached the point we see again in the post-apocalyptic setting! I don't understand why we're seeing the same visual formula again!"

I think Dementus is Furiosas dad and he stole her back from her mother, which is why she's in a cage with a bear. I think he attempted to raise her as his own but she rejected him for killing her mother.
Damn. You might just be on to something there.
I originally thought that Dementus would end up killing Immortan Joe and secretly taking over the role, but that theory got squashed pretty quickly.
Idk, he’s already Glory’s dad.
This is #1 movie furiosa
If Jar Jar Bings was a type of movie this would be a Jar Jar Bings type of movie. Suspension of disbelief: impossible
*Binks. Only the best character in all of cinema.
Perfectly diffused 3 Point studio lighting on characters that are supposed to be in a harshly lit outdoor Desert is what's causing the majority of the bad CGI comments here. Biggest drawback of shooting outdoor daytime scenes in an LED Volume. They got away with a lot of it in The Batman because of how dark and lacking in wide shots the overall movie was. It just doesn't work for this movies intended look....
Early reviews are brilliant
What a lovely day will be 23 May ❤
Fury road is the legend
THERE IS NO HOPE!!!
There is no mad Max without tom hardy
2015 mad Max and 2024 mad Max

Bought my tickets yesterday. Miller knows what he's doing.
Lady and Gentlemans....Start your engines!!
Showing previous movie footage in the new movie trailer… not a good sign.
1:00 WHO TF IS THAT😭😭😭💀💀💀
Hes a kid that was bullied so George Miller hired him for the movie
It's Casper
I was thinking the same thing.
If it doesn’t have Tom Hardy I don’t care. 🤷🏻 Mad Max is not going to be topped.
Just based on the trailer it looks so glossy and CGI heavy. Doesn’t look nearly as good (visually speaking) as Fury Road.
Yes.
yes i miss the film grain und the practical effects
Nice to see some of the fury road cars coming back, eg. the the ripsaw peacemaker!
Usually not a good sign when they’re using the first movie to sell the second one. We know it’s a prequel. We don’t need to see shots of fury road. The first one I’ve seen so many times. The replay value is tremendous. That’s a lot to live up to.
fury road is as good as they will get, none of the new ones will be better
This makes me want to watch the first one before this. That film was so good, I hope this one lives up to the hype.
