    I miss these little dresses. My neighbor use to make me dresses and wrap around skirts from pillowcases. ❤

    Thanks for the tutorial! I'm a beginner sewet and this was super easy. I actually used one of my husband's old t-shirt instead of a pillowcase and it turned out fine :)

      @@RooneySewingPatterns yeah! I cut the piece just below the sleeves, which was perfect. I also sew a little ribbon in the bottom hem as a decoration :)

    Love them! Love your use of the fabric but I have a big stash of seam binding I think would work too? I think the blue one might be a little easier for a beginner.Thx!

    You do it so nice and neatly. I did everything you said made two and I'm still having a difficult time with the arm hole folds and the straps😩🤦

      I put 6-8” inches of elastic in the casing (instead of binding) and add binding around the armpit (& extend it long enough to make ties). Great simple dress. ❤

    Can you make anything with the fabric bag the pillow cases were in? I thought about a small apron but not sure how to go about it. Any suggestions?

      hey! I just used a standard. If your child is older and you want more length, a king would be a great option.

    Where it says print pattern at full scale how do you do that?

      Hey! When you go to print, double check that it says "actual size" instead of having it scaled to a different size.
