Hey guys, I just wanted to throw it out there that this car had been sitting outside parked for long periods of time without being washed and had a pretty significant amount of weathering, water spots and damage to the coating making it look dull and feel rough, so to address this issue, I used a generous amount of car pro reset during the wash process to really remove as much contaminants as I could to unclog the coating and then to spruce it up a little bit we finished it off with bead maker to smooth out the surface and make the appearance of the paint much more glossier.

We used bead maker on ceramics and it never enhanced anything. It was the opposite, it made the ceramic worse. I personally wouldn't top bead maker on anything. I wouldn't use bead maker at all tbh. If you are dealing with ceramic coated cars there are two ways it can go. 1. It's in good condition, which means easy wash. 2. It's in Bad condition, covered with embedded contaminations and not Beading / sheeting after wash, in which case, you need to deep clean and rejuvenate the ceramic. And this works for every ceramic. You need a strong alcaline (pH 11) pre wash that is safe for ceramics and a sour (pH 1-3) foam that you wash the car with. The alcaline breaks down all dirt, the sour acid deep cleans the ceramic and removes lime stains. Lime stains is what clogges the ceramic and stops the Beading / Sheeting. But you cannot use any acid, you need dedicated product. My go to is labocosmetica 3pH system that comes with 3 bottles. First is Primus the alcaline pre foam.. Second is Purifica the Sour foam. The Alcaline is used first.. Rinsed afterwards.. The Purifica is foamed on the car aswell, but you leave it on the Paint and use third product Semper the shampoo. I guarantee you, whit this system you can easily deep clean clogged non Beading Ceramics. But afterwards you need a dedicated Spray Sealant. For ceramic it's Si02 based, for graphene Coating u use graphene based spray sealant. These sealants are tricky though, I recommend apply in shade / garage with lightning as if you polish. I apply thick layers, let it dry a little, apply thin layer on MF towel, wipe slowly and remove residue with a little bit filtered water (osmose, no lime) and a MF towel. Pricing would be: usual Exterior price minus 30-50 Bucks if ceramic in good condition and plus 30-50 bucks if you have to maintain the ceramic. This process should also include a Iron Decon and tar remove if needed. The newer Clay Mitts thats been around are very nice for maintain a ceramic aswell, because they are not so harsh as a clay bar. Preferably used with Koch Chemie Clay Spray. Cheers

Ditch the grit guard and bucket man. Just do your dedicated snow foam pre rinse, APC pre Rinse if needed and just foam car down and use 2-3 quality microfiber towels to perform the hand wash. A towel has 8 sides vs a mitt that has two. Saves time and water, also greatly reduces chances of micro swirling since each panel is effectively cleaned with a fresh side. Win Win.

Ive tried this method, it definitely works and Im for it. But I like to switch it up depending on the situation. But with situation with this super car you’re right probably would have benefited.

Brandon can you tell me what bead maker does? I've heard of this product but really don't understand it. Also I've seen a few guys that have one of those collapsible party canopies to keep the car out of the sun. Seems like a good idea to me. Appreciate you and the channel.

Bead maker can be used as a drying aid or a standalone sealant or a topper for virtually any protective coating. It can be used on paint, trim windows and plastic. It uses binding polymer monomer technology to produce water beading results. It has a easy spray on application that goes on in seconds , it takes about two hours to cure but last for months and months. It’s basically one of your top products for spray wax. Yes, I totally agree, I think a canopy is an absolute must, the only problem is finding the right one. I need to start researching them, I’m thinking of checking Costco and Home Depot, maybe even harbor freight. Thanks so much for your comment and the subscribe, really really appreciate it!

just a tip grab a go pro or a hand your spending time dealing with camera positioning when your focus should be the detail. 1 more thing I suggest 2 bucket method less chance of carrying dirt that can mess up the clear coat.

I agree, Im kinda gearing towards this too, maybe get a gro pro head mount or Hopefully soon I can get a camera man. And yeah I am going to have to do the 2 bucket method, way too much dirt with one bucket. This cars a way too dirty man!
