How do I know if it is sending out the emails? I have tried to put items in my cart and see if I get an email from the flow but never receive anything?
Make sure it's not set to Draft or Manual, it's got to be Live. It might have something to do with the initial trigger, too. I'd reach out to their customer service. I'm sure they can figure it out for you!
