Hi sorry. No way to get it through to the goggles. That is e part i feel shortchanged by DJI. Great product but no sim for Android pilots. U can train muscle memory with this, but not get used to the motion. For some will get motion sickness. That really ruins the experience.
Today I was testing some new rates and while doing some flips and rolls my drone lost connection both RC and googles. The find my drone shows me it almost made it but it must have crashed landed in an area I may not be able to recover it from. The interesting thing is that I never managed to regain video feed in the goggles. Is it normal for the signal to get weaker during acro?
Man, sorry to hear. Not specifically Acro, but generally if u are on stock (25mW) power setting, it easily gets blocked by trees/structures. So could be a cause of the signal loss.
It should work for both the demo and bought version as iv tried both. Well if anyone knows where the Android app is let me know as its still not available
RIGHT?! Someone mentioned as available but I do not see it yet tho...
My controller is not recognized!
Check w u afew things:
1) Are u using e OTG Goggle cable and plugged to smartphone?
2) Are u using Data and Charging Type C cable? The normal Type C charging cable included in the set does not work.
Yes the cable is plugged correctly and it's a data cable, I have also tried usb settings as follow: data transfer, midi, tethering, etc. I'm using the Samsung Galaxy note 20 Ultra
@@iampresean ok so to confirm your connection is :
Phone> OTG> Data Cable> Controller(switched ON).
Ill need to find a your same model to try but im on S10+ and works fine. Works for other android users also. Also eventhough its a Type C, try flipping it too. Ill need to try on your model and ill update if there is a same issue.
@@TheReelRahim yes I confirm, tried other cables as well, the phone doesn't react to when the controller is plugged in
Im asking around if anyone has a Note 20 Ultra for me to try. Will get back to u.
When i start the flight,my drone doesnt fly?
Do you know why?
Did u try doing stick calibration first? To check also if connections are working. If u dont see any movement in calibration, means connection has not been made. Try using a data cable and swapping around the connections
It actually worked when i callibrated it,but when i started the flight it didn't fly?
Thats all i wanted to know and i wanna fix it
I'll try it on other androids. Maybe its some firmware issues. Will get back to u as soon. Btw what phone u using? Could be a compatability issue
3 year later and still no android version
A year later and still no android support..lame
Master, im still having diffcult time to move forward while maintaining my speed in mode 2. Huhu hope u have a prv msg to tutor me..
Im sorry, i dont do private tutoring as my goal is to share to the masses. I appreciate your idea, and it will be content for future episodes. Keep practicing, as we all take awhile to get used to manual flying friend. Dont give up yet 🙏🏼
We need the android app
Right! Cmon DJI, we're waiting
Can’t get mine to connect
Im sorry it doesn't work, but could just be connection. You will need the dongle as supplied with the DJI FPV and the other connecting cable must be a Data cable and not just a charging cable. Using the Type A to Type C cable supplied with the DJI FPV combo will not work. DJI FPV dongle must go on phone side, and then the data cable goes to Tango. Flip it around just to test it. Good luck!
@@TheReelRahim Works thanks.
I just crashed mine I hit a whip on a truck for like CB going pretty fast. Hit the dirt and cartwheeled arm braces hailed but the motor ripped off the frame trying to see if I can fix it with washers. And some harbor freight supplies. I know how you feel when you did yours.
10 months later, still no fuckin Android app from DJI... 😒
Lame right. But someone had commented that they alr have it as a DJI overall sim where the IOS users cant use coz android or something like that, so they made for IOS only. Not the case that Android was shortchanged, but just that catered separately for IOS. Argh eho cares. I still feel shortchanged. F it.
sadly mini2/air2 controller cant play simulator
Sorry to hear. I had thought DJI would have allowed that since it can work with the DJI FPV. Since e sim is free, just practice FPV on it. Who knows, maybe one day u'll get a DJI or traditional FPV drone😉
How on earth did you get your remote to work on your phone? Haha I'm failing
Did have a hiccup at e start, but it was cable choice. CAN use e supplied dongle, but CANT use supplied type A - C usb cable. U need to use a data type-c. And kinda try to flip it if one way doesnt work. Gd luck with it man. 🤟🏽
@@TheReelRahim got it working on the computer no problem! That's good enough for me! Thank you!
That will open up more options! Im on Velocidrone, and with similar rates set (need to play around w expo abit), u eill have a better experience training in Manual 🤟🏽
Real drone sim android! 😉
Yeah. Now i tend to bring my controller as im out to places, as i can just plug in and practice 🤙🏼
Still no app
Yup. I have no longer cared to wait for it, as there are much better apps out there. Like Velocidrone and Liftoff.
Nice teeth 0:01
I know right! ✌🏽
Orang mana ini
Singapura
@@TheReelRahim salam kenal for Indonesian
dji flight sim is garbage
Agreed. Nowhere near as flyable as other aftermarket sims.
Bro not to be mean or something but go to the dentist ur teeth though 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢
Thanks bro.
You're most welcome. Put some time in the sim, and u WILL notice better muscle memory. Stay safe, see u in the skies friend 🤟🏽
