I wanted to leave a quick note here letting you know these rate settings currently only impact Manual mode. At this time there is no way to adjust rates for Normal and Sports mode.

    • @notfromyourplanet3586

Ya I really like sport mode an would love the ability to do roles in sport mode. I think DJI just doesn’t care an id be extremely surprised if they released anything. I think they just push out a new drone, bank some money an move on to the next.

@@DonRecapo Hey Reynaldo - I didn't have the issue with the throttle you're describing. The rates outlined in the video make the controller sticks less sensitive so it's a bit easier to control. They were way too sensitive for me with the values that came from the factory. Nice video. It was clear, concise, and well thought out. I also want to commend you for only using the word "cinematic" four times. That is about once every three minutes. Too many drone content creators way overuse the word. Every 45 to 60 seconds is way too much. Cinematic is the same as film, video, or movie. They could use those words every so often so they sound less pretentious.

@Daniel Todic @flaboratorium org Now that they show it on the app, yes, it is similar to betaflight rate tuning, however, one or the other doesn't necessarily make it smoother. Lowering it makes it more linear, which, is technically smoother because it doesn't have any jump in input, that's what I was showing in the video. Guess it depends on the pilot.

    • @illuminatedrones

The screw was probably tightened. You don't want it to spring on the left stick though. Do a remote controller calibration and you should be good.

great info. just picked up this drone and been flying in manual. When in manual mode its not allowing me to flip either down or up not sure why. Also getting an error saying "remote controller stick error"
Would that be because maybe i tightened it up to much on the back ( f1 & f2 ) for the throttle?
