I always do carry a handkerchief, which came in handy on a few occasions, a spare car and house key, in case I lose my regular keys, I can still drive home and get into my house, and a small plastic bag with cough drops in it, which also came in handy in case of a scratchy throat attack while attending Sunday Mass, or some concert. I just came back from a Europe Trip/cruise, and whenever we left the ship and went on tours, I also carried a Passport Card, and left the regular Passport in the stateroom.

People in my neighborhood use a kid stroller to walk their doggie. You might want to get one if your dog get any bigger.
A stroller is not something I would use. I spoil the puppy but that's going too far.
