I noticed quite a few people requesting for the recipe in English. He didn't provide a lot of measurements though...
Choose smaller plump oysters. The oysters are very dirty, so rinse it with water. Then mix with cornstarch and oil to agitate out the dirt and shells. Pick out any larger pieces of shells, they're sharp and can cut your mouth. Be gentle and use low water flow to rinse the oysters. Rinse it 3 times. Don't refrigerate the oysters! Let it drain for about 10 to 15 mins to get rid of all the water. If you skip this step, it will make the batter watery and cause the omelette to break apart while cooking.
In the bowl, there's tapioca starch and 1/3 bowl of water. Mix 3 Tbsp tapioca starch with half of the bowl of water. Then add more water and mix it again (this is to avoid clumps). Pay attention the the consistency of the mixture. If it's too runny, you can add more tapioca starch and if it's too thick add more water. Note, he says he made it too runny the first time and corrected it by adding more tapioca starch to make thicker. The 2nd time he shows the correct consistency. Add white pepper, chicken stock powder, fish sauce and mix. Add a little wheat flour for crunchiness, then mix. Add spicy bean sauce (sometimes called broad bean paste, spicy broad bean paste, or broad bean chili sauce) and mix. Basically, add whatever flavorings you like. You can be a bit liberal with the flavorings since the oyster will make the mixture watery and tame the flavors a bit.
Whisk the duck egg. Add half of the whisked duck egg to the batter. If it looks too runny, add a bit more tapioca starch. Add chopped green onion and cilantro and mix. Note, he didn't talk about the oysters, but it's safe to assume you add the oysters now.
Heat your wok and add oil. If your wok is hot enough, you don't have to worry about your batter sticking. No need to use a non stick pan. Fry your oyster batter in 2 or more batches so you don't overcrowd your wok. Make sure your batches aren't too big. Pour your oyster batter into the wok to fry and don't add extra batter afterwards like he did. Don't touch it, leave it alone and let it fry. Once it starts turning golden and the bottom is solid, then you can flip it. You see how the side separated? That's why you don't add more batter afterwards. It's ok though, it doesn't need to be pretty since you're cooking for home anyways.
That's kind of the gist of what he said with my commentary and knowledge of cooking. I didn't include any commentary that didn't pertain to the recipe. Like his comment about the weather 😉

I can do a rough translation for you.
