      Theo tôi bạn để áp 48v là hơi thấp . sẽ khó mồi hàn và quê cháy không ổn định dễ bị ngắt hồ quang khi đang hàn . những máy hàn thương mại người ta thường cho ra áp 54v đến 60v sẽ dễ mồi que hàn hơn.mình chỉ góp ý mong chiếc máy hoàn thiện hơn chứ không có ý định dìm hàng ,mong bạn đừng hiểu lầm.mình rất ngưỡng mộ kiến thức của bạn và đã đăng ký kênh từ rất lâu rồi . chúc kênh của bạn ngày càng phát triển

      áp 60V đó b. Mình làm mạch để quảng cáo cho altium thôi. ko có ý định hoàn thiện mạch này đâu :D . trên thị trường đầy mạch này rồi.

    Hello. I installed eagle 6.6.0 from you and threw a crack. I just replaced one eagle file with crack eagle. It started and the diagram is only terribly illegible, unfortunately ... I do not understand anything of it and I do not see the value and connections of the elements too much ... it's a pity. Maybe someone has it clearer in pdf or similar? I understand that it is a half or full bridge converter powered from 320V 330uF. What big luck is the minimum needed? How many square mm of core? Maybe you need more luck? Why did you give the steering trafo? Is it impossible to do without it? What IGBTs? The 60A diode did not burn? Unless you put two in parallel. What about the output choke? The choke in the inverter welding machine is very important and the output capacity probably as well.

      Mình rút gọn nhiều quá r ấy. ko có bảo vệ quá dòng , chập que, ko có bv quá nhiệt, ko chỉnh dòng vvv. đây là mạch test thôi. Hàn đc que là nóng mạch rồi. Cần phải chỉnh sửa nhiều thì mới ok đc

      The EE16 transformer has no clearance, It has 3 windings. 50-50-50 turns

      tất nhiên là không rồi. Mạch test nên bỏ qua nhiều thứ mà bạn. chỉnh dòng ko có, quá tải ko có, chống dính que ko có. khởi động mềm ko có.

    What is the purpose of toroid ferrite between IC output and driver tranformer?
    (I see green small ferrite in video)

      because the transformer when working generates a lot of noise. That toroid will remove noise on the signal line.
