Is the transformer drive rolled all the way in one direction? or do you have any coils in the phase? could make more video about this inverter do you intend to adjust the current on it?

Use a 80 to 110 UH coke on the output for smooth start of arc
Can i use the high rated amp boost converter commercially available for 1.6mm welding rod? I have tried welding using 3 car battery to which no avail for thin sheet metal since it doesn't have ampere controller. Keeps on burning the sheet like butter. So I'm wondering to just use high capacity boost converter. I haven't tried it yet since i don't have it for now. Thanks

How can I get the components for making an invertor for welding?
IM wating for the
For a solar inverter I would like to have amorphous core, oversize overspec for lower losses, But, not sure how many turns of wire and length, It seems like the resistance is going to be very low anyways, so if i use 10gauge on the 120v center tapp and quadruple that on 48v switched input, could I in therory use one of those inverter welder transformers???
They take 220v and turn that into 28vdc about so yeah, it seems like it would be close.
Is there a best way to do this for best efficiency? Thank you.
