Subscribed, hope you get time to do more videos. This is the best side scan sonar video I have found!!
Probably one of my all time favorite videos!
See ya in a couple weeks 👍
Very helpful vid.Even tho i don't have side or down image.Love your video's!I'm trying to learn how to find these monster blues on my local lakes here in nc.and this video tells what to look for. Thanks alot.
The best video and information I've ever come across for sonars! Please make more videos over this topic! I can find areas that I call "target rich" but have no idea if I'm seeing catfish, hybrid bass, suspended sand bass, gar, crappie or what. For all I know I'm carp fishing at times and have several unsuccessful trips because of my knowledge deficit. Any further information will be helpful. I use a Helix 12 with chirp/SI/DI and about to have 360 so I have the right equipment.
Good solid sonar information
I just liked all the setting info tyvm
Excellent tutorial!!!
thanks for the video my guy
Good job , nice to know.
nice video , when I'm going back to way points to look at them again I put the Humminbird in north up so your screen doesn't turn the pic of the boat turns on the screen . by doing this you can get closer to your way points . when marking crappies in trees you can also turn on your way point flags with north up and it will tell you how close your getting to have a fish dinner!
Good Job ...More Please
Awesome video, I subbed

Professional video! I hope to catch a big catfish on the Tennessee river soon. So when you find them, do you stop and then what?
that means there head matchers there champ stuff man
I cant seem to find your Part 2 of this video
Please help.
I would really love to see some of your video or still of big blues on the side imaging on the Hummingbird 1197.
Thanks Bill
Thanks For the some what part 2 of the catfish side imaging Video.
I have noticed that when Catfish(non-scalefish) are marked on the Sideimaging 1197/1198
They tend to show up as a "Dull White color" and non catfish(scaley fish bass stripers ect..) species show up as a "Bright White"!
Which takes all of the guess work out of what you are fishing for!
Just my opinion However!
A circle around your jig would help for the before a jig and after instead of just screen shot of sonar cause I dang sure can't make out the jig
what chart speed do you search with? and do you record while searching?
what unit are you using now?
Are you talking about sand bass or white bass? I have always had a hard time trying to figure out what fish are on my sonar.....For instance on lake Fork Bell Branch...Bell Hump in April I saw a ton of fish on my sonar and I'm kinda sure it was all white bass. Good Video
Sand bass and white bass are the same thing.
Part two?
That my professor from south oak Cliff high school mr Christian 😂😂😂
Do you still run the humminbird core series?
😆👍
What unit is this?
Lowrance
LMAO... Dude said MEDIUM SIZED CATFISH 20-40lbs at the 6:45 mark... WTF that's BIG TO ME🤣😂🤣🤯🤯🤯 He is use to catching Orchas
What’s a sandbass?
then why did you watch it ??? lol DUHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!
Not impressed at all with this. The still picture is not the same as real time fish movement for better clarification.
