Way back when... The local cops (here in SA) used to defect you if you had welded bars and or hangers ... times have changed ... or, they've forgotten.
I actually had bars similar to yours removed and stocky's put back on when I purchased the SG .. I like the 'stock mirrors attached to the batwing' setup. Each to their own .. Horses for courses.

Cheers mate thanks, I think they still might be an issue, I just don’t understand why,,it’s more comfortable, way better at slow speed handling, can’t see a reason why there is an issue

Dang Paul those are beefy!!!! I like them a lot. People give Dyna guys some flack for Tbars but these do the same thing. They make the bike handle better in my opinion.

How tall are you I’m debating 16s for bars but it’s a lot cheaper for 14s for the install from factory 47
I’m 6’3 mate and the 14s are very comfortable

No I’ve got an older bike Fatboy with FLH pose that’s what they came with as an FLH from the 70s they’re pretty much the same thing I went from 2 to 4 inch riser. Then I tried some sportster bars which are like the old FX bars again in the 70s very rounded but more narrow. Now I have a Heritage bars on I’ve always like to lower bar. But the heritage bars I like the sports are bars . May the front and made the way I felt I was attached to the front and dad as much control nothing bad just different so I’m still checking out handlebars myself
What are the next upgrades you have planned to do?
Looking at detachable tour pack, 21” front wheel, also looking at buying a road king and doing some pretty cool stuff with that as well
