Thanks for the coverage on this. I too have a 2022 model. I love it despite the windshield buffering and stock seat; all fixed with after market parts. I just wish we had the newer gauge. Sometimes I hate looking at the dual screen. 😂 Not sure I’m digging the new front and light setup of the 2025. Maybe it’s better in person?

Well, it seems Yamaha’s finally cottoned on to the idea of using a wind tunnel! Absolutely love the Tracer 9 GT-such a cracking bike for the twisties. And now they’ve sorted the wind buffeting? Fingers crossed this fix hits the mark!

In my opinion, Yamaha has grown very well and fast in upgrading their tracer 900/9 model line, and the 9GT was (is) the prefect Ballance of price/technology/design/weight and the new 2025 model is one step too far from this Ballance. It's like on steroids. Look all that wiring and lights. It's remind me pictures of an AI bike. Maybe that is the reason? To much AI?

@ thank you for watching Unfortunately, the GT+ comes only with this system y-amt… If you like the bike itself, go for the GT version and choose the manual transmission because with the GT you have the option but not with this one which is a big disappointment in my opinion, but , I need to try it out and see what is like. If Yamaha only done this bike with this system, that means they think is that good , so 🤞is a good system, otherwise they lost a lot of sales on this bike as people will choose the GT instead
The 2024 tracer GT plus is £15016 so the difference of price for the extra you find on this model compared with the 24 I think is reasonable. I'm a newbie with the Tracer to give an opinion but....for the front headlight design is looking now like a John Deere little tractor, or if you go deeper is looking like a Dacia 1300. Also I would prefer the quick shift over the YAMT. Rest of the improvement is really good and it takes the Tracer to another level.
