I’m impressed with the new 2025 model! Yamaha has finally tapped into wind tunnel testing 🥳 , which could potentially tackle my biggest issue with the 9 GT: wind turbulence and noise. The 2025 version has evolved into one of the most advanced motorcycles available. And the design? A definite improvement over the 2023 model-it just keeps getting better. The Yamaha 9 GT+ truly sets the bar for technology in the motorcycle world.
I’m really excited about the Y-AMT. I loved my 2009 FJR 1300AE and logged 76,000 miles in 2.5 years. If Yamaha continued the AE version after 09, and into 2024 in the USA, I would be riding one now! Ride safe!
The new Yamaha’s MT lineup is appealing on a tech and price relationship but in Europe we still miss the FJR model as a grand tourer bike from the brand and I think that beyond the enhancement the brand has made to the MT family it still remains an empty space to be filled in their Yamaha range, specially in Europe.
I like the new lights. It has a more symmetrical look. Still not the prettiest bike but certainly not the worst. The new colour schemes range is an improvement. It doesn't look very different and it is basically the same bike to ride. I do wonder how much these new gismos incl. the lights, will cost to replace is they fail or get damaged!
Yea I really have no clue what's in Yamaha's mind, like literally NOBODY ever has complaints about any damn lights unless they're old yellow dim head lights. This bike is ugly and unnecessarily stuffed with tech for who?
I don't like the front design.. They have the same design issues like some German car/bike factories: they should employ an Italian designer to make them a nice design. (I'm not Italian btw..)
The new tracer has a face only a mother could love.
😂 a mi me gusta, ademas creo que seran muy funcionales esas luces por la noche

Only its mother could love those looks 😮
Super design
Yeah, Stevie Wonder must have designed it..
The lights reminds me the Harley Pan America :/ whyyyyyyy Yamaha ? Why?
Love it! It's like a Multistrada without Ducati drama~
Exciting, love to see that Adaptive Matrix LED system
Looks like the brain bug from starship troopers

They have made a few tweaks here and there and 1 big change. I have the 9+ and the only significant change is the lights, and i dont ride at night.
Yamaha, please don't stop selling the older model - It's for the good of everyone!
Omfg Its a space ship how are we geting to this point its removing almost all rider input :/
Huge amount of unnecessary electronics. I have an xsr900 2022 and only use rider mode 1 full power...
Lots of tech! I would prefer shaft drive and less electronic. Cruise, quick shifter, heated grips, normal headlights and a better windscreen! 😊

Will all the upgrades be on the FJR 1300 and how soon can you order a 2025 Tracer?
When will the y-amt versions go on sale?
Unusual looks but I like it. I would choose this hands down over the awful new GSA. I like the intelligent lighting system.
Why i cant use simple google maps on the screen... come on yamaha dont charge me for someting that is alrady free of charge
sound completely not in sync with video
Higher at the saddle and still manual pre-load ...
A lot of un-necessary electronics.
Ffs, I can manage headlights on my own !!

harley davidson pan america
Its looks are soo ugly. I hope the tracer 7 y-amt will be as good looking as the tracer 7 2023 is.
