Hey Erik! Love all your videos, so much so that you've inspired me to work on getting my real estate license! As for cities you should tour in, my biased answer would be more affordable options in my home state of Minnesota/Minneapolis metro area. But a few tours in Chicago, Miami, or San Francisco Bay area would be cool!

plus not really practical. Maybe rich people have other priorities, but what do i need 8 baths for? And why is the outdoor space so ugly and cold with just a pool, grass and concrete?
If i had 20 million in my bank i want a compact house with a big outdoor space and tasteful design not this ugly cold and empty modern crap you see so often in these mansions.
MongolordD Well they usually don’t live in those houses full time. Most of the time houses like there are just used for partying. So if you’re having 500+ guest over, having multiple bathrooms is a great thing.

yeah it's very ugly, every room just seems like a basic girl's plastic dream.
I thought it was just me. This house is not at all what I was expecting. It doesn’t have a wow factor. They marbled it to death. Just look like someone through it together and said look this has tons of marble.

I'd much rather see unique homes with character and history over expensive, modern homes but that's just my opinion. I also just prefer rich wood and brick designs over stuff like this. I still love these videos though

When you're back in NYC I'd love it if you did grocery shopping video on where to go to buy basic necessities within the city. Where are the best shops in each district? where do you go? which one is the best value? I want to move to NYC in the future and that's one of the things I've always been interested in knowing as to when I visited last year I didn't see a single supermarket or grocery store.

Why is it that in big mansions there's always more bathrooms than actual rooms why would you have more bathrooms than rooms
if there were more rooms than bathrooms than every room wouldnt get its own personal one. the others are guests bathrooms because itd be weird if the only bathrooms were the ones in peoples rooms

I don't want to sound like a JERK, but this is far from a Mega Mansion at only 9500 sqft. To consider a home a Mega Mansion it has to be 20,000 sqft and up. The house is probably worth 3-4 million but paying 20m for the zip code Beverly Hills address is a status piece.
YES, and then you still have to pay taxes... this house would cost you probably a million a year. IMO if I had 23 million, I would buy myself a real mega Mansion somewhere in the north, were I would get 2+ acres of land and a beautiful big house for the 23 million.
i just think that for 23 million dollars this home is just not worth the money that you’re spending and i think that there’s lots of other mega mansions that are better (view, backyard, pool...)
