Cookie monster was awesome, but this is epic. You can tell he still has fun with this. And it's on his own terms. Just a big kid at heart. I've had the opportunity to meet him a couple times, and it was awesome! I kindly asked for him to sign a piece of gear for me at a Gigantour show in 2013, and the look on his face when I handed it to him was priceless. Jason, you are the fucking man! Your art (both musical and canvas) is fantastic. I wish you nothing but health and happiness. And if I win the lotto, a check for 5mil to buy the Ranch . 🤘=😁

Five years, and only two writing credits by the time the, "black album " was released. He was a brilliant replacement after Cliff passed away. More than anything, Jason was a fan of Metallica and threw everything into his time in the band.

Love seeing Jason sliding around on his chair whilst jamming - it makes me think of them jamming again in 30 years time in wheelchairs, when in their 80's or 90's, but still moving around like their onstage.
