If your plate is 100mm then why yours plate weight is 392.5?

Good question, thanks for asking ! The weight will depend on the volume. Thickness is one of the dimension we take for calculating the volume. e.g. in above example, plate thickness is 100 mm and volume is 0.05 cubic m (1 m x 0.5 m x 0.1 m) . Other case may be, in which plate thickness is 10 mm but the breadth is 5 m instead of 0.5 m, then also volume will be the same 0.05 cub m (1 m x 5 m x 0.01 m) and ultimately the weight of the plate will be the same (392.5 kg).
