But weight is KN/m for distributed load and you calculate the mass weight (kg/m) not the specific weight , you used ρ (rho) but should be γ ( gima ) right ?
kya sirf OD aur wall thickness sey hum pipe weight nikal saktey hain Jo asal jindgee main jaldi sey calculate karkey bats dein ,aap kabhee bharat ki loha mandi main jakar dekho Jo aap key is formuley sey khain aagey bilkul anpad mazdoor use kartey hain Jo sirf dekh kar hee lot ka vajan ,size, length etc bata detey hain ,kyoun kya aap koi Aida formula bana saktey hain
kya laser sey napney ka koi devise Hai Jo sahi batay pipe jyadatar ek taraf sey motey aur dusri taraf sey patley hotey hain isko bamboo bola jata Hai to iska kya formula Hai
Itni phelawe ki zarurat nhi. Asaan treeqa ye bhi he. Od 20 mm. Id 16 mm. Lenth30mm.. Solv.exampl 1 * 0.00616×20×20×30= 2* 0.00616×16×16×30= *** 1 wale wazan me se Pehle. 2 wale wazan ko ghata dau Pipe ka asal wazan nikl jaega.
you can do like this too. 1) For M.S. round pipe weight :- OD(mm) - Wall Thickness(mm) × Wall Thichness(mm) × 0.02466kg= kg per mtr. ( you may try this if you like) 2) For square hollow section (tube) weight:- Edge size (mm) × 4 × wall thickness (mm)× 0.00785kg = kg per mtr. 3) For rect. hollow section (tube) weight:- one edge size(mm)×2,+ another edge size(mm)×2 × Wall Thickness(mm) × 0.00785kg= kg per mtr.
Simple he sir aap ne to sabko confusion me daal diya.
you are better than best in piping field ,thanks with my families
Please use capital
But weight is KN/m for distributed load and you calculate the mass weight (kg/m) not the specific weight , you used ρ (rho) but should be γ ( gima ) right ?
Outer dai se wall thickness ek bar hi - kiya do bar karna chahiye aapko
Good
Weight units kg or kg/m
Thickness of wall or pipe bro?
kya sirf OD aur wall thickness sey hum pipe weight nikal saktey hain Jo asal jindgee main jaldi sey calculate karkey bats dein ,aap kabhee bharat ki loha mandi main jakar dekho Jo aap key is formuley sey khain aagey bilkul anpad mazdoor use kartey hain Jo sirf dekh kar hee lot ka vajan ,size, length etc bata detey hain ,kyoun kya aap koi Aida formula bana saktey hain
6inch =5.49mm kayse hua? thoda bataiye
Good job
Sir,the weight will come only in kg....according to the calculation...plz check again..it is not kg/m...
kya laser sey napney ka koi devise Hai Jo sahi batay
pipe jyadatar ek taraf sey motey aur dusri taraf sey patley hotey hain
isko bamboo bola jata Hai
to iska kya formula Hai
Sb ko confusion me dal rhe ho aap simple hai sb
Thank-you sir
Wall thickness Why multiply by 2 ???
Bohot lamba video banaya......fast explain kiya kro
kya koi instrument automatic yeh San calculated karkrey deta hain Jo low price ho aur laser ki taraha correct ho
Thanks you so much sir jee
Correct answer 👍👍
Thanks sir,for learn to calculated weight of hollow pipe or tube.
Hiii sir , what is weight units ?
Yr voice is low and yr wiring is very sammal so
Sb thik hai last me unit gayb kr diye..
Simple law you make so lomg and difficult
Koi apps bataye
Please tell me how to calculate flanges in square meters

how to calculate painting area of MS black pipe
Itni phelawe ki zarurat nhi.
Asaan treeqa ye bhi he.
Od 20 mm.
Id 16 mm.
Lenth30mm..
Solv.exampl
1 *
0.00616×20×20×30=

*** 1 wale wazan me se Pehle.
2 wale wazan ko ghata dau
Pipe ka asal wazan nikl jaega.
very easy formula i will send . this people all make us confuse
OD - thikness x thikness x 0.02466 x length = weight
Its 0.02462 .... Not 0.02466 please correction it
@@pavanmahendrakar1831 .
Thanks pavan
Very nice boss
Plastics pipe ki density kya hogi
Ty sir
Very good
Sir rebut pipe danencity ak he hota hai plaizbataea
sir ,why wall thickness multiple by 2
diameter==2xradius
U r right sr but thikns to replaced with id
uska koi Short cut hai kya Jo sirf od and length sey hee weight nikal saktey hain Jo time bachaye aur poori laat ka vajan bats dein
you can do like this too.
1) For M.S. round pipe weight :-
OD(mm) - Wall Thickness(mm) × Wall Thichness(mm) × 0.02466kg= kg per mtr. ( you may try this if you like)
2) For square hollow section (tube) weight:-
Edge size (mm) × 4 × wall thickness (mm)× 0.00785kg = kg per mtr.
3) For rect. hollow section (tube) weight:-
one edge size(mm)×2,+ another edge size(mm)×2 × Wall Thickness(mm) × 0.00785kg= kg per mtr.
Paka diya sir veri sempal formula hi aap ko pata Na hai
ss pipe ka density kya hai, main calulate kiya hun od-wall thikxwall thik
square Hollow formula are below.
OD x 4 /3.16 - thickness x thickness x 0.02466 x length = weight
4 mention four side 3.16 = π
Weight should be in kg not kg/m
thank you, sir, please tell me how to calculate inside cable copper weight
Densty sab ka iqual hota hi kya
Good brother
OD - WT x WT x 0.02466 x Length of Pipe in Meters.
0.02466 where it comes from?
tnx it was very useful lecture
Iron round pipe ka density kinta hai
Great.....
good sir
Sir jo itne sare points hai unke liye apne devide katey time ek bhi zero kyo nahi liya.
Confusion free method use this formula for calculate weight
4T(D-T)/162.27
T= THICKNESS(mm)
D= OUTER DIA (mm)
Writing capital kare sir
Sir,ham (od-thk)thk gune 0.2466 gune lenth/10000 is tarah nikalte hsi
sir can you upload video to calculate weight of ms square tube
(OD-WT) X WT X Lenth in mm. X 0.00002462
Pipe weight formula evry easy it
this below one round pipes
Sir electrical terminal ka weight formula bataye
In your your answer how to get kg/m.

Bos please big text
Paka rhe ho
plzz check the unit conversion
ton me kese kare
Pipe thikness Ko 2se multiply kyo kiya
It is multiple 2 because total wall thickness calculation of pipe/tube
Because we have to find the inner diameter , without inner we didn't calculate weight of pipe.
Dear sir main janha tak karta hun mesurment OD-wallxthik
tq sir

MS Cone ka weight kese nikalenge..if anyone knows plz comments..
Simple formula is ((OD- WALL THICKNES) X WALL THICKNESS) X 0.2466= KG PER METER.
Good information
Ghanta
OD - ID ÷ .066792 = PIPE WEIGHT IN LBS. PER FOOT.
