I remember when i was getting into thrash people would say "there is no way these guys can last long at that pace" Dave is pushing 60! No sign of slowing down \m/ \m/
I honestly feel like while a singer / guitarist’s singing can get worse, their guitar skills NEVER go away. He can definitely still shred despite having nerve damage and having to relearn guitar.
@@DoctahToboggan69 We old guys get arthritis too, slows us down a bit with our playing. A good voice is VERY tough to keep when we are reaching our 40's it begins to tell. Just part of the process of life. You have the albums and recordings of live shows to remind you how fucking awesome he was and the other bands as well. 🤘
Dave sounds pretty good on his voice, AND also his lead playing sounds the par :) Happy to see the guy on his best form in years. He went through a lot of shit, but TBH, lockdown might have favoured him in terms of rehab and catching up with his playing and voice...Can't wait for the new album!!!! Fucking awesome!!!! This line up sounds killer! Kiko is like Marty and Poland combined, with a spanish flair, Dirk sounds like Menza with a machine gun, Lomenzo is the only other bass player that should be in Megadeth, and well Dave is Dave!
The worst thing about Metal shows, is unfortunately Metal fans. I've been to too many shows ruined by morons. Low IQ bullies. Glad to see a few new shows. Thanks for the video.

a 10 song setlist is slowing way TF down...
the thing is that covid is happening, and most venues are cut short due to this
He is still pretty lucky tho a lucky legend
2 times tuning down, slower song speeds, Dave's vocals can't keep up last 20 years, 10 song setlist. I would call that slowing down.
daves vocals in the 2000s were amazing, they are downtuned because some of their songs are in D standard
Dave still kicking arse, and this Megadeth lineup sounds impressive, that drummer is bad ass.
Dirk es malo??
@@braya7 nono, badass es qué es un cabrón que la rompe ;)
Dave's soloing matches the studio recording so perfect. It's amazing that at his age he can match those same notes live.

On 2.05 min it's like a drum machine started not a real live drumer. What a beast!
And thanks to Gar Samuelson for coming up with that shit

Dirk can actually play it unlike Drover.

@2:25 congrats and applause to the drummer for exiting that section with the perfect fill....brilliant!
Simply two of THE Greatest Megadeth songs EVER. The riffs and solos on these song are nearly unmatched. Masterpieces.
Especially his last solo in Wake Up Dead with the hammer ons and pull offs! He fucking nailed that shit. One of my favorite solos ever
The riff at the end of Wake Up Dead might be the heaviest riff ever
I really hope they continue to play these songs live this year, so incredible
Dirk play the drum like a beast. Very talented drummer. 👌
In My Darkest Hour has one of the phattest riffs of all time
Dave sounds better than he has in the last few years on vocals. Very happy to see him make his recovery and I can't fucking wait for the new album 🤘
He's getting Better yeah
cant wait to see them perfoming this song this year, he's been getting better on this tour
Dave’ s playing is flawless.
Awesome solo... Even after 40 years
Though the same...Mustaine is on fire.!
I know I'm being facetious, but PS was 35 years ago and SFSGSW 33 years ago
35 and 33 years. The albums came out in 1986 and 1988.

Still mad they didn’t play these songs in Quebec City. Still a great show!
I'll be seeing them Wednesday. So excited. The whole lineup are all bands I listen to alot.
Hope Gibson makes him a double v just like Jackson and Dean did
They did,but its a Kramer.
Vocals sound surprisingly good, gotta see them live

Dave todo un ejenplo para las bandas de metal asien grandes discos
Dave seems to wear the same shirt as in London 92 show.
Não tem jeito. O Véio DEBULHANDO a Gibson tá muito foda!
Great songs.Sounds kick-ass.
A double dose of Deth
Wow. In my darkest hour has such a Nordic metal vibe going on due to the guitars being in D standard. Badass.
Megadeth always in tune 🤘🤘🤘
He sounds really good here!
Dave for president.
Can’t wait for Irvine show
ELLEFSON - "WHAT, NO WARNING? NO SECOND CHANCE?"

Aguante Megadeth !!! Guillermo Carlos tablada ⚡💪🇦🇷💪⚡
Thank you for sharing such a great video. MegaDave a Legend
Asombroso, la mejor banda
Awesome sound guitar dave, nice gibson
Dave still got it
I find it strange that Dave's Gibson is a hard tail. The Flying V is usually strung through the body.
Awesome!
Man I hope they play in my darkest hour at the show I’m going too

That fast riff in Wake up dead is the shit..
Damn sounds like a death metal riff in d standard
there are two daves in stage
good camera quality.
The ending solo of Wake Up Dead is the finest work by Dave Mustaine. Such a delicious one, and arguably one of the best solos in metal
New album should have been out as this tour started or aleast the new single !
Yea, it started to become like Tool and GNR new album lol, 90% , 95% , 99%, 99,95% , 99,96% complete...
It's cause Dave Ellison said he was contacting a lawyer
the album was only finished a few weeks ago. its currently in the mixing phase
I hope they release it then go on headlining tour.
