Excellent video. Thanks. It will be a great help to me, my kit arrived a little while ago and about to get started on it, so I now know what to aim for. You now have 1 more subscriber. Keep on putting up the videos. You are good at this. Happy New Year.
Hey John, Going to assume you are from Australia? I am, and I am having a really hard time finding a model boiler feed pump to use on my 4" Australian made boiler, can you find them online as "ready to run" or are all all requiring the work of machining?
Hi Steven, hand operated boiler feed pumps are available from various model engineering suppliers, including EJ Winter (NSW) Reeves, and others in UK. Steam operated feed pumps come up occasionally on Ebay second hand, but most boiler modellers make their own, as I did. Having one of each kind on each boiler is the optimal way to go, but a hand pump on its own is perfectly adequate. Hope that helps. John
What a beautiful little well-built machine!
Very impressive little pump. I love the sound of it pumping & it’s a fascinating pump to watch! Very well done! 10/10 ✅👍😊

Might make an interesting milk steamer, too!😄
