Hey Jim, great idea thanks for the feedback! I have racing on Maxxis Aspen 2.25 in the back and Maxxis Ardent race 2.2 in the front. As far as Nutrition I have custom Infinit nutrition drink mixes that I use for racing and training and I also like to supplement that with Honey stinger gels for racing. Glad that you like the videos man I'll add some of this info in the future.

I bet alot of those guys who went hard in the beginning ended up getting dropped. I figure for a 12 hour race it's like 40% effort?
It really depends on what level of fitness you have, I am going like 85% in these races, 40% would be very slow thats more like a multi day race pace.
