Pretty easy. There are license plate mounts above the fairlead that can be extended out or most flip up fairlead mounted license plate holders will work
I would definitely purchase if there was a complete kit to order but as it is you have to powder coat yourself and purchase a winch yourself. Just wish that there was the convenience were it was a all in one and just install it.

Live in Texas, how hard to mount front license plate where winch lead comes out?
Most winch fairlead flip up license plate mounts will work.
why cant they produce a bumper protector that does not require CUTTING UP the stock bumper?? they never look right no mater how well you cut up the bumper. actually the cover does make this one look way better than most. Also, not sure it will pass inspection in some states, you MUST have the liscence plate, also not sure if the 3rd Gen Taco may have issues with this and the skid plate.
We do have front license plate brackets available for them but not all states require a front license plate. Building a winch bumper without cutting the front cover isn't really feasible. If you are looking for a front cover or guard there are some available on the market but that is not the intent of this product. This bumper does work with the factory and most aftermarket skid plates without any interference.
