"Pacquiao is the best fighter out there and Pacquiao DOESN'T need Mayweather in his life," said George Foreman.
"Manny Pacquiao is the Bruce Lee of Boxing and I think and believe that he deserves every one's respect. I Mean that as The Highest of Compliments," said Bernard Hopkins.
"I’d rather have Manny Pacquiao’s LEGACY than Floyd Mayweather’s. Manny fought everybody," said Bernard Hopkins.
“Well I think I like Pacquiao The BEST Out Of ALL Of Them personally myself. I like him because he's been more CONSISTENT than All of the other fighters," said Pernell Whitaker.
"Pacquaio is a good fighter The GREATEST Of All Time," said Larry Holmes.
"Manny Pacquiao is More Sensational Fighter than Floyd Mayweather Jr. Masterful boxing, like Willie Pep, it was brilliant," said Mike Tyson.
''Manny Pacquiao is The BEST Fighter in the world. Usually a good big man will always beat a good little man, but Pacquiao is a GREAT Little Man," said Marco Antonio Barrera.
"Pacquiao had a GREATER Career than Mayweather. Pacquiao is The BEST I've faced," said Erik Morales.
"No matter who he fights, he's like a perpetual motion...he's like a tazmanian devil," said Sugar Ray Leonard.
"Manny Pacquiao is one of the GREATEST fighters ever," said Miguel Cotto.
"Manny Pacquiao is a BETTER fighter than I thought he was. That little dude has some BALLS," said Roger Mayweather.
"He's not a dirty fighter...he's TOUGH! That's a Promoter's dream...to have that kind of fighter," said Lennox Lewis.
"He has a case for the greatest fighter pound-for-pound who ever lived", said Max Kellerman.
"He's the pound for pound champion. He earned it from a hard way. He didn't ducked any body, he got it all", said Emmanuel Steward.
"This guy stands with the greats and the great pantheon of boxing, in any decades, in any era, Manny Pacquiao stands tall", said Mario Lopez.
"We thought Manny Pacquiao was great. He's better than we thought". /// "He's a combination of Ali, Elvis and Bruce Lee. He just got bigger", said Larry Merchant.
"The 50'th win of Pacquiao now legendary career", said Jim Lampley.
Manny is greater than Floyd Jr and M. Ali. Why? Because Manny did an EXTRAORDINARY feat that Floyd and Ali didn't. No one in history of boxing that a fighter become a 'LINEAL' champion at 112 lbs vs C. Sasakul (at age of 19) then moved up in multiple weight classes, win 'LINEAL' titles in between , and then become a 'LINEAL' champion at 147 lbs vs T. Bradley (at age of 37).
Pacquiao a 5'6" tall, started at 106 lbs FILIPINO fighting away his comfort and won ALL his 8 weight div. championships OUTSIDE the Philippines including his win vs K. Thurman (at age of 40).
Here are some examples of Greatness: -------
    T. Hearns KO'd R. Duran (still Duran is greater), R. Leonard beat R. Duran (still Duran is greater), A. Pryor KO'd A. Arguello (still Arguello is greater), A. Tarver KO'd R. Jones (still Roy Jones Jr is greater), J. Taylor beat B. Hopkins (still Hopkins is greater), J. Calzaghe beat both R. Jones Jr and B. Hopkins (still both Jones Jr and Hopkins are greater than Calzaghe), Rocky Marciano beat Archie Moore (still Moore is greater), J. Young beat G. Foreman (still Foreman is greater), B. Douglas KO'd M. Tyson (still Tyson is greater), B. Arizmendi beat H. Armstrong (still Armstrong is greater), Marquez KO'd Pacquiao (still Manny is way greater), Junior Jones beat M. Barrera (still Barrera is greater), Z. Raheem beat E. Morales (still Morales is greater), C. John beat Marquez (still Marquez is greater), Mayweather Jr beat Pacquiao (still Manny is way greater).
When we're talking about Pound for Pound greatest fighter or warrior who ever lived we are talking about the fighters/warriors 'ENTIRE' career. The 'ENTIRE' accomplishments.
Again, being undefeated doesn't mean you're the Greatest. Losing is part of the sport.
The greats Ray Robinson has 19 losses, Henry Armstrong has 21 losses, Ali has 5 losses, Duran has 16 losses, Archie Moore has 23 losses and they're on list of top 1-to-10 Greatest Of All Time.
GREATNESS is measured through adversity. For a fighter or a warrior to be called THE Greatest he must be able to BOUNCE back from his WORST Difficulties.
