Ok girls-you SLAYED. I have to say, we need more of the San Antonio chick vibe. It’s flat gorgeous and so unique! Jason, the photos are dreamy as always!! Advice ON POINT.
Beginner photographerees 😂. I kinda like it. I'm saving this one for future reference as posing is the most intimidating element of photography for me.
No worries. I’m just getting into OCF and trying to decide to between the AD200 and the AD300. I won’t ever shoot in mid day sunlight. I’ll shoot for golden hour or shade like you seem to do. I would assume that you were maxing out on power as I’m sure you would have remembered the flash not keeping up. Thanks again and keep up the good work…it’s inspiring!
@@Clayspeed not maxing it for sure. Using a variable ND filter helps. With my AD600 I’ll shoot any time of day really. I used the 200 because I was a little Leary of using the bigger light on the new lightweight tripod.
@@MartinV. Geekoto 77 I think is the name. I’ll be making a specific video on it very soon! It has worked very well so far. I can’t use my wheels with it, but it’s so lightweight!
Great work as always! Do you have a feel for what flash power you used on these shoots? Any sun flair issues with no lens hood? Really thinking about trying the ND filter out. Did a shoot last weekend and found 1:1 power in HSS wasn't enough at times with a super bright background, and on occasion 1/8000 wasn't enough which sounds wild.
@@J.Allen_PhotographyThank you I was just wondering because I the city I live in is extremely busy so I wondering if I could use a strobe light for my photography for clients.
No issues so far other than muscle memory. I still turn on the camera on the left side of the camera…which that now turns it to video mode. The On/Off is on the right side now.
@@davepdavepdavepdavep I bought one set years and years ago and quickly realized I made a mistake. Why did I want my work to look like someone else’s work? I wanted my own look, not some look that everyone else could easily buy.
Thanks Jason for all your advice and very practical examples of posing and shooting! I watch every episode!!!

Great natural models.
Such a great set! 👏🔥
Awesome as always
The 2nd set is far more better than the 1st ones. They got comfortable infront of the camera. Good job fellows!.

what light stand did you use? That looks like a tripod. Brand and model? Looks like a great travel solution
Awesome shoot
Keep rockin !
Great advice and great shoot! What power levels were you shooting with the AD200?
@@Clayspeed thanks. I don’t remember honestly. So many variables to take into account for power levels. Which is why I do t post those.

Nice! what tripod is that? how did it do on the shoot? Would you prefer it over a traditional lightstand?
