This piece is called "An Autumn Divertimento". It is a small set of variations based on the famous song Autumn Leaves or Les Feuilles Mortes in its original French title.
Played on a bandoneon (not an accordion ;)

I love this song! I once had the pleasure of serenading the captain and crew of the Air France Concorde with this song, in the original French ("Les Feuilles Morts"), in a small hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurant in Pittsburg (California). They were lovely, and gracious. Bien sûr. They were French.

Was für ein Künstler!!! Das ist phantastisch, virtuos! Es ist schwer genug, die Melodien meisterhafter Komponisten so perfekt auf einem Bandoneon zu spielen wie er, aber ein Musikstück der leichten Muse in ein Barockwerk zu verwandeln, und es dann noch so bewunderungswürdig zu spielen, das ist hohe Kunst!
What an artist!!! This is fantastic, virtuosic! It's hard enough to play the melodies of masterful composers as perfectly as he did on a bandoneon, but to transform a piece of light music into a baroque work and then play it so admirably is high art!
