It is back to the drawing board. Yesterday's attempt did not work as planned, so I scrapped it. It made Brit's bum look thick. It has to flow with the body lines. I couldn't wrap the corners so its back to another version.
Dave, I think the flares are not your best work. Maybe try another method or get a mate to help u. The car is going well, but the flares are a negative point in your excellent build project. Might spoil the whole project.
We shall see. These are far from being that resembles being done. I am waiting on the body filler to arrive. If you have watched BAD Chad on you tube the guy is a serious builder. I watched as he mixed fiberglass resin into his body filler. The result was a sticky, runny and almost like whipped cream final product. I have tried it twice now with impressive results each time. Each time it can be applied to almost a razors edge with a slow thin application. Now it is time to make the flair flow into the fender.
