Eva.... thats so awsome. I was just gifted a kalimba as a holiday gift and It was love at first sight. I write and produce music and have a background in piano. And basicly this instrument is a piano in some sense. Like a small version except the octaves one each side I have to get use to. Good job and I grew up on linkin Park. I was hoping I'd find music with the instrument that wasn't basic

At 75 years young I bought my finger piano and look forward to playing it!
Now I'm a good learner so I learned in 6 months. By a year you should be completely proficient.

The most beautiful part of the kalimba is the fact that no matter which genre the song belongs, it is hauntingly smooth, soothing and beautiful which is unbelievably relaxing. I still remember how I accidentally stumbled upon your channel while searching for kalimba covers and how mesmerized I was by your and April Yang's channels. It is young artists like you who inspire me and many others to pick up the instrument and start learning it. Your channel has really meant a lot to me for giving me a purpose to do something worthwhile when I was down. Thanks a bunch Eva ❤. It really has meant a lot. Keep up the wonderful work going. Keep going strong.

I just got my Kalimba today and I have been practicing for hours now. I was curious what other songs I could learn one day and I never realized how many other genres this beautiful instrument could cover. It is so relaxing to listen to and play. Que coisa mais linda ficou a música Numb na kalimba na versão da EvaAuner. Um dia vou ter meus intrumentos musicais que eu tanto gosto como a flauta tranversal e a kalimba. Já tenho uma flauta barroca mas sou péssimo com música, é impossivel eu seguir os bpm's. Mas eu amo tocar as minhas musicas favoritas mesmo assim. Fazer arte serve para nos divertirmos e aproveitar a vida. Nem tudo precisa ser bonito e impecável e nem tudo precisa ser monetizado. Apenas divirtam-se!
