I'm so very sorry for the lose of ur loved one. My heart goes out to you, I lost my only brother on the first day of the year. Try to remember that grief isn't about the amount of pain you feel, it's a reminder of how much you truly loved that person. You and ur loved ones are in my prayers 💚 🙏 💚
Oh I am terribly sorry for your loss! So sad! :-( You are really strong that you still can make a video for us. Thank you so much for it! I found it very interesting with lots of amazing information - like the difference between the venomous and non-venomous snake swimming. I had never heard that before. I wish you all the best. May God guide and protect you and send you comfort in these hard times.
I know the pain of losing a close sibling I lost my oldest brother many years ago so I would like to extend my sympathy to you and your family brother. Great show man that wild copperhead was he hungry and wasn’t about to lose that mouse for anything. Thank you so much Willie and may the lord richly bless you and Deena. Alex T. 🐍
Damn my friend, that is a really rough loss. I am so sorry to know you're suffering. Your sister was lucky to have you and you her for as long as you did. That said, this is WAAAY to damned early for her to move to the great beyond. I hope you feel some solace in knowing that she has gone to something better and now she knows the big secrets we all wonder about. Much love man. You take the feelings as they come and know you have a lot of fans pulling for you and happy to offer whatever support we can.
This video is perfect for me since I've been scoping out new snake hunting places and looking to collect my first copperhead for my personal collection. I've caught and released them before but never kept them. 30 plus years of keeping snakes and the last several years learning about hots and how to keep them etc. Found a nice little prairie rattler this last season here in Kansass.
Copperheads are by far my favorite snakes. 1. Copperheads 2. Blue insularus (spell check) 3. Western diamondback 4. Gaboons 5. King cobras Ps. Im sorry you lost your sister, please take it easy as you can. I know im a bit late, but still. I send my condolences. May she rest in peace Much love from east tennessee 💙
Sorry for your loss willie. Shows you really love what your doing for you to be able to push through and do a video. Thanks man keep your head up. My condolences to you and the family
Brother you've got some serious monster pit vipers and true vipers. Fangs in the face is awesome and I can tell you're passionate about your animals and knowledgeable as well. My daughters and I love the videos, keep it up and stay safe brother.
Prayers Willie. so very sorry for the loss of your sis. She would of been proud I think that you did this video I her honor. We have Copperheads around our area of Western Kentucky. I watch where I walk pretty well especially at dusk. I believe I have a Copperhead hanging nearby because some days it smells someone vomited and pooed at the same time. It’s strong and turns my stomach. My front flower beds have lots of rock, brown, beige, light copper. I keep bird feeders out front also so I can sit in bay window and watch the beautiful birds. I believe the food draws mice and they draw snakes. Big rat snakes hang around also. They like to rob the birds out of their nests. Will try and give Miss Dena some love .
Always learn something cool from your video's! You are the best out there by far! So sorry about the loss of your sis. Think of her and smile. May she rest in peace.
@@VenomCentral I can’t even imagine what it’s like to lose a sibling and even though I almost lost my sister twice to breast cancer, I don’t ever want to experience that painful of a loss. As an owner of 32 snakes, 3 of which are medically significant hots (water moccasin, copperhead, prairie rattlesnake) I just wanted to say your channel is a GOD SEND! I was so worried about my little water moccasin because unlike my other piscivorous snakes like my water snake, garters and ribbon snake, she refused to eat anything other than fish (not even frog legs). I’m so glad to hear you say they do better on an all fish diet. My copperhead and rattlesnake will eat anything but my moccasin only eats fish. I do try to get variety in her diet by changing the fish she eats (guppies, swordtails, mollies, platies) and fillets!
Willy once again our condolences. Jeanne sounds like she was a beautiful and loving person. We just ordered 50 large mice for you brother, be on the lookout. You keep cranking out PLATINUM vids. Thank you Dee for the awesome camera work. God bless you guys.

What's your take on cottonmouth vs king snake? I've read of both being found in each other's stomach contents. I guess it depends on size, & who's hunting who. 🐍
I'm so sorry buddy I hope things get btr praying for you & your family. I've seen some giants on the st John's river & Osceola's big gum swamp when I was hunting out there great vlog!!!!!
I really want a Copperhead. In my area of Southern Appalachia it's the only common Viper. We're too far inland and North for Cottonmouths to occur, and Timber Rattlers are locally endangered. But Copperheads? I can go out come spring and find whatever size snake I want after turning over a few logs and rocks. I'ma spend the rest of the winter setting up a nice enclosure, and then I'ma catch me one come spring. I think it's stupid that they did away with the subspecies designations for the Copperhead and lumped them all together. I believe what we'd have here would be the Southern limit of the Northern Copperhead subspecies, possibly overlapping with the Southern Copperhead. I've seen very slim and dark colored snakes and I've seen thicker bodied, lighter colored snakes. Anyway, new subscriber! Edit: Had an old feist dog when I was a kid. We lived so far off the road in the woods he just ran free. One evening he comes home from his rambling with his head the size of a soccer ball. It was obvious he'd got snake bit. He teetered on the brink of death for several days, then slowly started to recover. About two weeks after the bite a large chunk of meat fell off his head and left a nasty scar. He was fine physically after that, but he never fully recovered mentally (it made him a little slow in the head) Daddy always said it was a Copperhead, I personally think it was one of the elusive Timber Rattlers that do still occur around here. Guess all these years later we'll never really know. Just a cool story about venomous snakes I had to share.
Thank you so much Steven. Its been a roller coaster for the past 18 months. I have lost my Mother, Father and now my sister in the past 18 months. And to top it off on Christmas day my dam bird dog dies in my arms. I truly believe our metal is tested in how much pain we can take. I will keep grinding to leave my mark on this world. Thank you brother for all that you do for Venomcentral.

But besides all that sorry for your loss and I know exactly how you're feeling Caz I lost my brother last year to car accident, I cried for weeks... Be strong 💪

Willie man, first of all I'm very very sorry to hear about your sis ......but I also want to thank you, what a show tonight . That Copperhead feeding was epic. He got sick of that Mouse running all over him, and grabbed him by the head and held him. Just awesome stuff. Thanks Willie.
Yes willie I am truly sorry for your lost no matter how long it has been ,,,, very great information on the species facts at hand ,, especially on the swimming situations between the two. yes I have learned a lot on the issues at hand between the moccasin and the copper love ones. You is a great teacher with facts well explained and I do appreciate the love keep it up'

Gonna work to have a copper head in the next 5-7 years. I just started keeping snakes 2 years ago. Started with a water snake but lost it then went to a boa and now added another water snake to the collection in a much more secured eclosure and have about 5 more snakes to work my way up in the next coming years. Cant find any mentors nearby and the far ones are too far to really make it realistic

Thank you brother. Its not easy and I have to be the rock for everyone else. No time to show how much I am grieving for i had lost my Mother and Father and now my sister in the past 18 months. And to top it off on Christmas day my dog dies in my arms. And that one really got me!!!! But I will just keep grinding till its my time.
Realizing that this is a year late, my condolences 🙏😢 for the loss of your family member ,your sister (?),may she rest in peace 🙏, thanks for your most excellent work in this very informative field!Stay safe my friend!
Great video. I've always wanted a chart or list with all the venomous snakes on either so i can make my own list grouped in venom type so like all the cytotoxic ones in one list, the primarily hemotoxic in another, neurotoxic and myotoxic etc so i can remember them like that. Do you know how i go about finding something like this/ thanks.
Which reminds me, when iv'e watched some other channels as im surfing through on RUclips on their videos they have a really interesting live feeding but don't explain anything about the type of venom, this is why I find you really helpful because you include all that info.
i'm just watching this video now, where you said about picking snakes up handling them, someone should design a sort of long glove you could slide over your hand covering the arms too to handle snakes and test just how willing they are to bite. then gather loads of data on different individuals.
Out of the few moccasins I captured where I stay were 42” and the other one was 48”, the only copperhead I ran across was at least 30”. It seem like the snakes are so much bigger out here, but I do live in a very rural area.
As always, awesome video. The only hot I ever had was a copperhead, and she was an absolute sweetheart. So sorry for your loss. My deepest condolences.
Wow, I never knew the moccasins defensive pose was to open its mouth. When I was a young kid over 20 years ago I was visiting family in southwest Indiana. Was at my grandma's house who had a pond in her backyard and lived right beside a big lake. Was our family reunion and all us kids were running around having a water gun fight. I was walking along the bank of the pond barefoot when one of my older teenage cousins who was right behind me yelled at me "STOP! DONT MOVE!" he grabbed me and started walking backwards. When I looked down right when he yelled stop my foot was still in the air, right below my foot was a moccasin with its mouth wide open and my foot was seconds away from stepping right in its mouth. After commenting this on another video I've learned moccasins are very rare in Indiana and only found in that region. I'll never forget that day. All the parents wouldn't even let us fish without shoes on after that.
Sorry for your loss bro I’ve been following you for about a month now your videos are fucking awesome and that kill was awesome in that video And you wouldn’t believe it but I am actually terrified of snakes but I love your videos
Thanks so much! Yes we've been monetized. Unfortunately we need to more views to brag about it! LOL We have a few very generous supporter that send us PayPal or CashApp. Every little bit helps. And we are just starting to build-out the new facility and that will be open to the public when finished! In the description box of every video are the links to donate. Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts!
when I lived at my mom's house we had a pond. And I have seen both cotton mouths and copperheads in there. But I've seen way more copperheads and they LOVE to come out when the frogs are thriving.
Another way to tell a copperhead from a cottonmouth (fun fact they do interbreed sometimes in the wild it's well ..wild) but a good way to differentiate a juvie copperhead from a cottonmouth. look at the tail. The juveniles (at least around these parts) often have a yellow or green tip to their tail that they will wiggle around like a lure similar to death adders actually. it's interesting to see in the wild.
as far as which is more likely to put you in the hospital.. Copperhead they are more likely to strike you. As far as potency of venom on the ld50 scale cottonmouth.
They had a kid swimming at the river off a rope swing..and when he feel in the water he fell into a ball of moccasins mating. They bit like a bunch of times instantly by the time he made it to the bank he was dead. I've swam that same whole many time over.

It was obvious he'd got snake bit. He teetered on the brink of death for several days, then slowly started to recover. About two weeks after the bite a large chunk of meat fell off his head and left a nasty scar. He was fine physically after that, but he never fully recovered mentally (it made him a little slow in the head)
Daddy always said it was a Copperhead, I personally think it was one of the elusive Timber Rattlers that do still occur around here. Guess all these years later we'll never really know. Just a cool story about venomous snakes I had to share.
My condolences....ur the best...u have taught me sooooo much....ur a beast!!! Keep em coming from good ole Rhode island...

That's right Phil, keeping yourself occupied with feeding and cleaning the tanks of your venomous lodgers. All your fans out here appreciate the interesting videos you produce. Knowing these little guys and gals depend on you helps you feel like you have a purpose and your pain subsides for a while. Their memory never goes away but the pain your feeling now will lessen. May your sister rest in peace

Willie man, first of all I'm very very sorry to hear about your sis ......but I also want to thank you, what a show tonight . That Copperhead feeding was epic. He got sick of that Mouse running all over him, and grabbed him by the head and held him. Just awesome stuff. Thanks Willie.
It was kind of cool. He was a bad ass little copper head.

You is a great teacher with facts well explained and I do appreciate the love keep it up'
Thank you so much for that. Grief lasts. Some days it hits harder than others. Losing both parents, my Dakota dog, then my sister. So thanks for your thoughts and support. We just keep on grinding. 🤘👍🐍💪💯
@@VenomCentral Huggs and Handshakes Brother Snakeman'''... I know those animals especially the exotic kind is very therapeutic
I'm so incredibly sorry for your and your family's loss. May she rest well.
Willy i am so sorry for your loss of your sister. Hang in in there Brother. We all love and look forward to all the videos and your tremendous knowledge you share with us. I know that with my loss I looked forward to watching you

Thank you for your support. I miss her everyday. And thanks for watching! Appreciate your support and comment!
Not sure Maybe Google scholar and then search venom components? Thanks for ALL your thoughts and great comments! 🐍👍🔥
Sorry about the loss of your Sister Mr.Willy I guarentee you that she is watching over you and your family Stay safe and God bless you Sir!!!
I've tried many times to find Ms Dena's channel. No luck. The reckoning?
Thanks for watching and sharing your story! Appreciate it! 💪🐍💯
I just found your channel but my condolences
Thank you very much. We miss her every day.
Sorry for your loss. Enjoy you videos. Thank you
Sorry for your loss bro I’ve been following you for about a month now your videos are fucking awesome and that kill was awesome in that video And you wouldn’t believe it but I am actually terrified of snakes but I love your videos
How do u tell them apart while there swimming. The specimen I saw in my pond was a reddish orange with yellow stripes.
If you can't I'd them, treat them all as if they're venomous. 👍
@@VenomCentral thx
3:40 Spoken like a true creator!
Thank you bro. The show must go on. We just keep grinding.
I'm so sorry for your loss, and I have an honest question. Are you monetized? I'd pay a monthly subscription for your content. How can I support you?
Thanks so much! Yes we've been monetized. Unfortunately we need to more views to brag about it! LOL We have a few very generous supporter that send us PayPal or CashApp. Every little bit helps. And we are just starting to build-out the new facility and that will be open to the public when finished! In the description box of every video are the links to donate. Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts!
Great show, good idea to feed the Copperhead. My respect to the mouse. With no hope of escape, he gave a fight, got himself a couple of bites off.
Cant find her channel. Why dont you post it below?
Couldn't find link for Dina? Channel. Please help
when I lived at my mom's house we had a pond.
Sorry for the loss of your sister!
Thanks so much. 🙏
bo you ever mess with black mambas and how do you rate them in the beadliest snake scale
Wow, you knew Dean Ripa. He was really cool. I'm so sorry to hear about your sister. ❤
Dean and I were friends for many years. We spent a lot of time together in the field.
Are the different colors of the moccasins due to locality?
👍🐍
I'm so very sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family 🙏❤️
So who’s the winner?
The cottonmouth or copperhead?
I didn’t find out bro
as far as which is more likely to put you in the hospital..
Hey brother i am soo sorry for your loss trust me i know how that is to lose someone really close like that but keep your head up bubba i know hurt will never go away but it dose get a little easier to deal with but i love your video's and i respect everything you do bubba just hang in there bubba see you in the next video
I had a cotton mouth chase me b4 it cam off a rock towards the boat and we flipped the boat and it chased me to shore it was crazy
