I work in an industry where its common to be assaulted I have been eye gouged, punched, spat on and threatened. People do want to brush it under the rug or victim blame it's not ok and needs to be spoken about. As far as I'm concerned Will Smith showed his true colours he played up on the set of Ali so it's not the first time. I admire Chris Rock's intergrty. He is the one who got slapped , but he is quiet and going on with his life. SILENCE IS GOLDEN. I work in an industry where its common to be assaulted I have been eye gouged, punched, spat on and threatened. People do want to brush it under the rug or victim blame it's not ok and needs to be spoken about. As far as I'm concerned Will Smith showed his true colours he played up on the set of Ali so it's not the first time. Look hes been beaten down by his wife but the answer to that is to get a divorce not assault comedians for doing their job.

He’s apologizes for other disputes he’s had with people but other than that - he’s got a squeaky clean record compared to some people in Hollywood. It’s just strange that he was laughing at Chris’s joke then after seeing his wife he reacted , so it wasnt instantaneous which even though still wrong would hold “some” truth to what he’s saying , but unfortunately it doesn’t and he was completely out of order.
