Like Heather said, “Sometimes you’re just not everyone’s cup of tea.” As Maya Angelou says, “When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time.” I have loved Heather for a long time. She sticks up for other women on her podcast all the time. She is a bright light that should not be dimmed. I was very sad to see her so heartbroken over this. Glad to see her goofing off again!
Ok but don’t forget what she did to Chelsea handler… sold stories about Chelsea’s personal life in exchange for photos in a magazine… she is oily and Megan just called her out.

As a juicy scoop listener and jll listener this was quite a 👀 ... but as much as i enjoy all involved and respect their broadcasting i agree that HMcD was out numbered and would have been subject to chump innuendo or in jokes on air forever if she hadn't have told her version first. Sorry but I disagree. I listen to all these shows and if they wanted to keep it off air that would've been respected. Again Meagan's delivery absolutely wrong. Heather clearly has unresolved issues...like we all do...she was hurt and lashed out. Hate to quote Rinna but own it. Heather was reactive and they all missed a big opportunity to cash in. Should have slowed down and been thoughtful. 70k views could've been 170k if you had both on there.

Love Heather. She was definitely blindsided. Megan was never her friend and she needs to stop playing victim and just own it that she dislikes Heather. She should stop pretending she can even be civil with her. Some people are just not meant to be friends but it’s obvious Megan has insecurities and jealousy issues since her issues with Heather were mostly centered on her befriending Megan’s friends and she feels some sort of way about how Heather maneuvers in social circles when it has nothing to do with her. They’re better off not trying anything at all.

Based on Heathers story from high school, it sounds like she has a history of ignoring indirect communication and showing up where she isn’t wanted. If you don’t get invited - DONT INVITE YOURSELF! It’s bad manners! Megan didn’t want Heather on her boat trip so she didn’t invite her. Nothing wrong with that. But then Heather tries to invite herself…. Not ok. Megan didn’t want to spend the weekend at Kelly’s house with Heather, and told Kelly, it’s ok I’ll get a hotel if Heather is there. And then Heather shows up at the dinner without anyone even inviting her…. I think Megan was probably out of line… but it seems like Heather is the kind of person who needs to be spoken to harshly or else she pretends she doesn’t understand the writing on the wall. It’s not ok to just constantly invite yourself places.
Exactly!!! I don’t understand how people do not see this. She was not invited to the Croatia trip yet she had to work her way on inserting herself to go. Read the room. 🙄
She is oblivious to other people’s behavior or feelings. She’s not everyone’s delight 🤷🏻♀️

Absolutely, I used to listen to JLL and they’re always talking about what went on over the weekend, especially if it involves people in the friend circle.
They put people blast all the time, sometimes in a light shade type way but they still do. She was smart and had a right to share that horrific story.

I can see Heather’s point, why at this point sit down and hear all the reasons Megan doesn’t like her. Megan needs to understand there are consequences to actions, drunk or not. I think Heather has handled this very well.

I have a whole new appreciation for Heather! Talk about humility and grace! I've read thru a lot of the comments and the whadda/shoulda/coulda's - again it does not matter if you've 5 or 55, not only is it hard to hear but even more difficult to talk about not being liked and the reasons why. For Heather to say all of the nice things she said about Meagan speaks volumes about her character.
I wouldn't be able to be in the same room w/her ever again. I can honestly say it because something very similar happened to me, one more thing, I'm the friend that shuts people down that are Talking shi++ about another friend that isn't there., I also would never let a group continue to do this behind someone's back, bc it just sucks.

Kelly is so mellow now. Rick brings out the best in her 😍
He has been a very supportive partner for her and while he totally has her back you can also see him cringe sometimes when she starts going on one of her rants about how much money her friends have, being a victim or acting like a mean girl. Kelly always looks over at him for approval/support and she can always tell from his face that she needs to take it down a notch.🙂
The fact that people expect Heather to take abuse and keep quiet blows my mind.

Now that Heather knows how Megan really feels they can never come back from this. Megan went around trying to gather support. She ended up with just one other person. So that isn't too bad. Now Megan and her one supporter are regretting the backlash. If it never came out from Heather, Megan would of been walking around thinking she's top mean girl.

Rick that’s not the question everyone wants to know. NOBODY wants heather to be friends with that woman after how she behaved. Of course heather will be cordial and civil with her out of respect for you guys and all your other mutual friends (like all decent adults do but apparently this was too much to ask of poor Meagan) but by no means should heather be “friends” with her after this disgusting display. And nor would Meagan want that either, clearly she CANT STAND heather, she made that abundantly clear. Civil, sure of course heather will be, Meagan however seems to struggle in that department.

I think Heather really needs to look at her friend group (even recently hanging out with Lala). I thought Megan was horrible but Heather should maybe be a little cautious around these "celebrity" friends. Most of these people in their 50s sound like they're still in high school - I'm glad I left those years behind!

I literally found and subscribed to you guys this week because of Heather. And sorry to say that I feel like this was rushed. A third of the time was spend on a wine ad, another third on answering the door and letting people in, and then Heather having to speak at lightning speed to get her story in. I wish they had ensured no interruptions and taken their time with Heather. Regardless though, I really like you both as a couple and will keep following.

Kelly & Rick defended Megan in all the shows about this. It’s really sad to me that Heather still wants to be friends and hang on to these toxic people. She is really desperate. I just feel sad for her now. She could have used this to reevaluate her circle

Newcomer, love your channel. You both were exceedingly diplomatic in explaining both Heather and Megan positions and experiences. Heather was totally blindsided in the meanest fashion and Megan better be sitting in a therapist office….for a long time. Even if just to harness her jealousy.

Love Heather, straight up a great lady. Unfortunately women can be so petty, and when something like this goes down, you can't go back. Every podcaster talks about their slights from people. Jeff talks about his issues with Daddy Gage all the time. Kelly talks about her slights all the time. People, grow up. Meghan was so middle school and out of line. She should have apologized with in hours when she sobered up. Stop drinking. Jeff knew from Stu and Jeff is supposed to be Heathers friend. He should have called and apologized. Meghan is a jerk. Yes, everyone doesn’t vibe with everyone. But don’t pretend, then in a drunken stupor, blindside someone with your bs.
