Remove the smaller plugs on the ink tanks. You're pulling a vacuum when sucking the ink through to the dampers. Those are vents and should be left open to prevent the vacuum and allow the ink to flow.
You have to extract the ink really slow. Once it's in the chainber pull out the syringe then insert it again now this is when you will extract the 5m from it being full already. Another thing is don't let the syringe push air back into the chainber or it will inset air in the lines.

OMG! I couldn’t stop laughing 🤣🤣🤣 during the time trying your very best to open that damn crate. Girl, I felt for so bad and wanted to jump into the monitor providing some help but technology isn’t there yet🥲. This video segment made my morning. That said, I would not have purchase any DTF printers that require syringe to fill the ink cartridges -my opinion. Whatever this brand of purchased all they did was cut cost by having consumers to use a syringe. This in its self is a red flag. Epson and other known brands is a choice I would had considered. Yeah, may saved a few bucks but the headache filling inks isn’t worth it. Neither are the computer software and drivers. Plus to pay for a Mac software is absolutely ridiculous 👎. As for the ink not flowing through the air tubes may be factory error. DTF printers has a air pressure pushing the ink through the tubes and it may be damaged. If you get it going not think this may happen again after replacing the ink. Something like this situation may also cause ink clogging -something to think about. If this was me -return it! Otherwise hope it gets resolved. ❤your videos 😎.

Oh my goodness! I felt so bad watching you get that crate open.😢 I’m so sorry 😞. But, Girl, you are my SHERO!!! Super Woman!!! God’s grace is sufficient!😊🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Sometimes I don’t want to be a Shero…lol. But thank you so much for watching.
Open the holes on your ciss so the ink can flow
@@katrinasgracefulcreations3711 I completely understand… just as people who are referred to as heroes simply for being humanitarian. I have often heard them say that they were just doing the right thing, and that they didn’t feel like a hero. Most people aren’t trying to be heroic, but others who see the act, are the ones who see it as heroic.
I don’t mean to sound preachy, but I referred you as my SHERO because you stuck with it although you were in a lot of pain. I felt so bad for you and wished someone stronger was there to open the crate for you. I know the pain of having to bend over to accomplish a task, all while your lower back is hurting. I don’t think… no, I know that I wouldn’t have been able to stay with it because of my lower back that I had and unsuccessful laminectomy on. (The surgeon promised me he could fix it, but he failed. Now, my back is worse than before.)
Anyway, I’m sure that far more people than I feel about you being our SHERO… not just because of that one day, but because of how you fight to be successful for both you AND your son. He is so intelligent, and you are an incredible mother. Yes, I have seen your video where you were being transparent about everything. So again, I have nothing but respect and admiration for you. …and you still push through to do these amazing videos TO HELP OTHERS learn to use their own equipment, to make informed decisions on equipment that you do unbiased reviews on, and how to even start a business and how to save money when shipping products to customers.
You do so much good.
Thank you. 🌹

@@mikewoods6407 That’s what I was thinking, but what do I know. 🤔
Open the small rubber cover on the ink tube when your printer is printing
idd that still not working.
U R so true... Appreciate you
Hello, how many software did you use? I bought a used printer but it only came with the rip software. I have the same problem with the blinking light. Could you tell me which software? I would really appreciate it.
Can You DTF With Cricut Maker 3 ?
A cricut is a cutting machine
@@katrinasgracefulcreations3711 I feel like DTF direct to film printing is less work and faster..?
How often should you do maintenance on it, & does it have a automatic ink circulation system?
Everyday it says
So you mentioned having to pur hase a windows computer, which do you recommend? The company i am looking into says they dont offer the Mac RIP software. Im an apple user so id need to get a Windows labtop to run this printer 😵💫
patiently waiting for the update.
What's the best DTF powder to use?
I can’t tell you what the best is there are so many brands. In my other 2 videos I used the ones from heat transfer warehouse. Links are in the description box
FELLAS LETS get out there and SAVE HER DAMMIT LOL - hey girl good vid
😊😂 thanks
Wish I could help but I am totally clueless on this machine. I’m totally sure she’ll get this working and fill us in on how she did it ☺️
Hey Katrina I was looking into a video I have a question Will you put ink in your costumes you know you have one you put ink in and you have 1 with a vent. Try to take the one for the vent unplug it so you're cautioned to get air flow. Try to do another video I'm watching by the way my name is Brian I'm from Greensboro North Carolina.
Katrina did you ever get your printer Fixed or is it still down
Gotta pull that ink slower. Its too thick to pull that fast, which is why it was fighting you. Once you get that aor out hopefully you will be on a good place.
does anyone know where i can buy a dtf roll holder for my printer?
if possible send a link
much thanks. I just peeped mad game on this one
I love the color does it come in different colors and where did you get it from?
It’s stated in the video. And I didn’t keep this one
Hey Katrina! So sorry you’re going through this. I have the A4 version and my issue was opposite. I had all the colors but no white.
I did a power ink flushing, done through the software. And my white has worked ever since. Not sure if you tried that yet or not.
Hope everything works out for you! ❤
Thanks I guess I will try that. I’m really over that Printer. Lol
@@katrinasgracefulcreations3711 remove the smaller end of the caps that go into the ink bottles
They are restricting the flow
Its likke putting a straw in a cup of juice then putting your finger over one end and lifting the straw out of the juice it will not go anywhere until you release your finger 😁😁😁
Yesss! Macone that’s absolutely what it’s doing. I could tell when I seen the lines. My friend had the same issue except the white wasn’t printing all colors. Were. Also she had to get the Mac software
@amberfischer2959 hope this does it as i had the same issue with my sublimation printer and all along it was just the tabs in the breather holes
Im in the uk so i hope you have the help from the other side of the pond 👍🏽👍🏽🤞🏽
The printer is a headache until you get the hang of it. In the beginning you will waste a lot of ink. I finally got use to my erasmart after several months. It’s frustrating for sure. You have to do head cleaning over and over again.
Thank you, I was about to order but good I saw your video, now I guess I'm holding back. 🙁
They sent me the smaller one that seems to work better for everyone but I still have another come bigger one coming from another company.
@@katrinasgracefulcreations3711 Thank you! 😊
Katrina can you please share on which of the smaller ones they sent you. Before I purchase one I want to make sure it’s nothing like the Epson printer I had for only 5 months and couldn’t get it to work anymore. I had to purchase a sawgrass printer which I’m loving so far. Had it for 2 months now and no issues. Thanks
@@gloriacastillo7188 the white one with the panda on it. I’m gonna unbox it soon
did they fix it when you sent it back? i saw you got a new brand but just curious about this one! i’m deciding between this one & the white one with the panda currently i’m not finding too much about this specific one so i’m a little nervous 🥴
No I have a different one I showed it on my channel. I no longer have this model
I found out that when they assemble these printers the nozzles that the ink lines connect to be poorly separated after manufacturing, mean the inlets be pinched shut,
You are definitely need an air purifier or inline vent fan with duct to vent those chemicals created when curing straight to outside.
How do you buy the software for Mac? No one has given me this option, they only say it is windows compatible.
I sent this back I had to buy a laptop I never used it with my Mac
Love you!! ❤
❤️ ❤️
what was the problem that you were having?
the air are so visible in the tubes that is why i trust the epson ink charge more
I fixed that part last night so now I will be printing today to see if it works
I'm so confused. I just wanna know the best DTF to buy. I always come back to this procolor but idk. Anyone help? What's the best dtf out here??
Shit happens girl! As long as they help with a solution!
No worries it happened to me too. Just be patient talk to the people that bought it. We spent too much money to buy the stuff just be patient because I’m going through the same thing with all American print supplies.
That’s the one I thought I was going to get
@@katrinasgracefulcreations3711 right now I’m in All American supplies warehouse. It’s been three hours the still checking on my printer. They told me I got a wait another 30 minutes. Luckily it’s in California where I live. This is too much. I’m driving myself crazy with this pruners. Hopefully your stuff gets resolved fast, I’ll let you know what happened when I get home because I’m still waiting for mine they say they’re going to change the heads right now
@@AlfredoMartinez-vt3eb any update? I’m thinking of getting the A3+ R from All American supply after watching this video. I’m also 22 mins away from their warehouse here in Long Beach .
@@macoygunida sorry for replying so late but I do get the 83+ hour from all American print supplies they have to change the head of the printer that was the problem but I’m working on it so far and it’s working pretty good
Sorry, I was trying to text fast. I’m trying to say I got the printer. It works pretty good so far.
I'm only 3 min in and crackin up! I swear you are awesome!!! I'm not making fun I'm laughing because my son (autistic) said mom that's something you would do lol. I would chainsaw to that beast of a crate lol
I wish I did have a chainsaw. Lol. That thing took me over 3 hours to get into

i had this model same and i was able to use it 15 days only !!! bad bad things !!
Wow yeah I needed up sending mines back. A hot mess. Mines never worked
Patiently awaiting your follow up video. On another note, I cringe every time you have to take a large item upstairs to your craft room. Using a dolly to transport heavier items could lessen some of the strain on your body 😊.
I truly hate my craft space is upstairs. I looked for a house with a space downstairs but couldn’t find one. Won’t be too much longer hopefully. A dolly would be just one more thing I have to store but might be a wise purchase.
I literally just ordered this printer two days ago through the homie Sam! :) Is there a way I can get an update on the printer. Im a little worried because mine comes in in a few days.
wish you would not have ordered it. All they did was convert a cheap epson model and charged you $3,000 for a $500 printer.
@@calw8085 yup. Except I paid $1800 lol
Ugh... I'm so close to buying a dtf and I'm leaning towards this but there is much info out there about it. This video makes me nervous
Yes you have to do your research. I will be giving an update very soon.

Hmmmm I have no idea
I tell you why. She coulda called me. I would have told her that all she had to do was twist the clips and and push the tabs up. Ruined that beautiful reusable crate . Box abuse. Hey, Independent women wanna be independent. Smh. Rip to the top of that box. I feel her pain on that printer though. These things are not tried and true. They come straight from over seas and to the customer with no QC checks. They need to lower the price cause we are doing all the quality control and as you can see it ain’t working out so well. Feel so bad for the box. She coulda called me. Hmmmmm 🫤

@@jabucustomcreations thanks I have to do what I have to do when I have no help.
I can completely understand the situation. I had ordered a Model J (supposedly a 1390 printhead) from DTG PRO and have had nothing but problems. I have yet to get one good print. (Getting a double print with bi-direction set) Then I noticed they use an adapter card for a cheaper L805 printhead rather than the 1390. Very deceiving. I've been trying to talk to Customer Service regarding a return for weeks, and they keep ducking me. Still out $3700+ !! Never going back to DTG PRO!
So sorry
