In my club we only pay flyig time, all instructors are volunteers. When we had bad weather to weeks ago wedi checklist practice in the hangar and theory n the breafing room. Too bad ou should pay instructor as a private teacher. Here volunteer instuctor are happy to get free hours by doing volutee work.
