Happened to me, came out of practice super bloated and ahe never did a set with a snorkel ever again lol. She felt bad while I suffered

The first time I used mine, coach was hella mad at me, telling me he was disappointed because I felt very dizzy and needed air constantly. He expected me to swim 800m nonstop to warm up. Took me that one class, the next one was easier and easier and now I really enjoy using it!

Make sure you look down

Just pinch your nose and release for exhaling

@@iiking3284 The problem with that is when you’re swimming freestyle normally. I recommend a nose plug if that’s an issue.

​@@KrakVoltgood idea. A nose plug might be useful while using a snorkel since if u try to breath in or out with your nose you will remember you need to exhale,enhale with your mouth
