While fun to look at, TENS is no longer maintained. Most users benefit MUCH more from using Tails (see prior videos), offering added privacy enhancement / tor.

Pretty much. TENS came out 2001. Tails, 2009.
Have to say I like Tails much better (admittedly different use case)!

Quad9 is fine DNS option. See nothing wrong with them on surface. Though all depends on what level someone wants privacy. May cover more advanced options later.
