I've been watching a lot of Layed Bak videos. I love this man's enthusiasm, positivity and passion for music. You should check out Jigga What / Faint that collab was insane. The reason Linkin Park gets so much hate is because they blew up massively with their sound. Broke records and become massively successful in the Metal / Rock genre (Nu-Metal if you want to sub categorise it.) And people can't stand something they think is mainstream. As soon as something becomes successful it's too mainstream for them when they never got or get airplay on most radio stations. It's sad. The hate is purely based on people who haven't listened to their albums or music but hate because hating on them was a "cool" thing to do. God damn. Gotta hate those people who make a craft work and get successful huh?

Yeah it was Jayz he did an entire album remixing their songs with them. this song is especially rough because he was always melancholy and ended up killing himself :(
on a side note the rapper in this band had a rap album. he goes by fort minor. there were a few gems in it though honestly nothing amazing.

Yes this beat wast Numb/Encore with LP and J. You need to go back to Papercut and their first album. Mike Shinoda actually has some bars. They also did music for the Transformers music. They've been around for 25 years you have def. heard them before somewhere. Chester was also in a few movies like Saw and Transporter. Music and love to them from around the world. The song it self was recorded in The studios in 2002 and released in 2003. The music video came out on RUclips in 2007 because that’s when RUclips started to become more relevant global. And the song was also done in 2007 with jay-z - numb/encore

A lot of people have said it in the comments but the fact that you have never listened to this song amazes me (not being judgemental or anything, but the fact that you are American as well). You missed out on playing that on full volume, locking the door of your room, and screaming as hard as you can. Then, having it in your mp3 player playlist, then your phone, Spotify and never get the courage to delete it. It is the song that played such a role in our generation. I am 23.
