Everyone credits Chandler for the turnaround in Dallas. But Stevenson shot way better than people expected. Also a pretty good defender. 3 solid defenders in the starting lineup plus a great defensive backup Center in Haywood made it very hard to score against Dallas. It was truly a team effort on both sides.
This game was their demon excercism game because they had not won on the road for eight playoff games in the past few years. What a way to redeem themselves and become NBA champions in the end!
Yeah I was just saying if it wasn’t for a lot of those clutch buckets that Dallas was making down the stretch Portland could’ve easily won this game ...Dallas stepped up big time

I was at game 6 in 2003 before finally falling in Dallas. The Mavs have taken us out a few times.
