- Oh man, this was quite a task putting all together but I’m very proud of this! Postmortem is hands down - for me - Slayer’s best song (not to mention probably their hardest on guitar I think) so it seemed a no brainer to make this my next cover but then I thought... why stop there?
So here we go! The last 2 songs off of one of the most ferocious albums ever made! Hope you enjoy it as much as I did making it.....

I gotta say though, much like Altar of Sacrifice/Jesus Saves, it should be illegal to listen Raining Blood without listening to Postmortem beforehand because in both scenarios you're missing out on two of the greatest transitions between songs of all time! 🤘🤘

I’d of wanted one of those guitars if it had an F/R on it. that colour is awesome and godda love single cuts I find em more comfortable than super strats🤘🤘🤘🇬🇧
nice, the parts at 24 seconds and 4:12 especially, better to me than the uhh " singing", I'd never heard this until I saw Hank 3 basically do a montage of Slayers best riffs with some Sepultura thrown in

I found a Jackson just like yours a few years back, and it was one of the best feeling guitars that I ever picked up.
Long & Mcquade only wanted $800 for it, but I didn't grab it.
I'll forever regret that decision 😂
Alas, I have parted ways with this guitar. Just started missing those extra 2 frets 😂 I believe they were SD Blackouts

I'm kind of surprised you say you miss the extra frets. That is the type of guitar I would have thought had extra frets.
I'm a bit of an addict when it comes to buying guitars. I have 19 (I know that is a comically large number of guitars , but my dad and I collect them) and I find it incredibly difficult to part with even one of them 🤣
