Andrew's fiancé showing up has to be one of the most awkward moments in Hell's Kitchen. I wonder how she felt when she watched the show and saw Andrew cuddling with Heather (who didn't even know Andrew had a fiancé).
It’s disgusting how the editors didn’t show Heather finding out and being livid about Andrew having a fiancée. I believe in interviews she’s mentioned that Andrew told her and Heidi the night before this challenge and she was so mad. I think it’s pretty clear that actually happened with her and Heidi’s exchange of looks as his fiancée walks in. Even if it happened in where they were staying some nights away from the cameras they should’ve had a confessional about it.
@@un6250 Flirting and banter are different things, and editing can really skew how things are seen. And obviously if Andrew is gonna be a strong player on her team she has to keep things friendly. She also explained why she picked Andrew in interviews, since he was the strongest chef other than Heidi and she thought Heidi was way closer to Ryan than her, so she went safe with Andrew. They just really wanted to make the showmance storyline last to the end. Maybe if she won they’d put in more care for her public image and edit her hatred for Andrew’s cheating in.
Gets me every time kiddos run in to their parents. I can’t imagine having them in your arms then having to let go again so soon. I know they’re working to better their babies lives but man what a hit to the chest that must be.
Imagine if one of the contestants told the fiancée right there and then that Andrew was cheating😭😭 imagine how awkward this family reunion would get, and frankly the rest of the season
i want to think Gordon brought out families this early because he knew what Andrew was up to🤣 it makes me laugh when Gordon asks Heather if she still talks to Andrew when he brings her back for All Stars💀

Productions decided not to show that at all. Probably cuz they wanted to make a surprise for viewers. SPOILERS BELOW Also she said that she picked Andrew in her brigade cuz she was afraid of picking Heidi, since she befriended with Ryan. She thought Heidi might sabotage her. Paulie and Kim were worse picks and Andrew, despite his flaws, actually had few good services and was valuable pick.
yeah the Andrew/Heather/finacee moment and Paulie being awful to his parents were drama BUT can we talk about how Kimberly and her daughter both made the same crying face when they saw each other, adorable
Imagine how it felt for Heather to have been cuddling up with Andrew all this time and then find out he already has a girlfriend. She definitely dodged a bullet with him in the end. Also, it's apt that Heidi has a daughter since her last name is Parent.
Hopefully we see the six chefs do good and get the black jackets the chefs have there families coming to visit and then in the last episode of season 16 Hell’s Kitchen we seeing the battle of the single moms Heather has a son and Ryan has a daughter
I have to be honest, I don’t care for this part of the show. Only part that’s interesting after this point is when they become sous chefs for 1 service and the final dinner service where they try the best to catch mistakes and not make any themselves.
The fact that Heather only said "awkward", and was still nice to him afterward, tells me she knew. And that she is every bit a pos as he is. Girls. Do better.
