Hi Dr. Thank you for sharing. I have to say that I am now sitting here poking my stomach incorrectly I am sure. How can one do this on themselves? I have been taking omepr.. and considering surgery. Also, I notice this lady is fairly thin and I am fairly not. Are there any alternatives for the larger ppl like myself?
I took omoprozole did not help at all made it worse now I have candida overgrowth fungal overgrowth and sibo small intestine bacteria overgrowth and can cause estomac cancer 😭😭😭
Hi Doc, what exercises would you recommend to help with strengthening your upper stomach area so as not to be affected by the bulging Hernia? Mines been popping out after lifting and the putting my socks on. Hurts too, just under my right lower rib
I have a grade IV grade hernia, undergoing pre surgical tests for cancer and gerd, is there anything I can do to relieve pain till surgery? I’m off all meds for accuracy of tests, and my throat and diaphragm is very painful
My brother use to bully me as a child, he would sit on my stomach, hold my arms down while on the floor, i'd be crying and yelling at him at the top of my lungs, i suspect this started my hh., after he would repeatedly tease me.

Possible, but why did they do gastronomy in the first place? You probably didn't get a hiatal hernia that way.

My hiatal hernia gives me palpitations and it freaks me out
3-5 reps per treatment, and it can be done 2 x a day.
