I usually don't find youtube tutorials on topics like these to be very useful. However, this was my 4th youtube video and I actually set everything up in 30 minutes. I had been trying since last month. Bless you :')
OH MY GOD, it worked. Before now I was waiting to buy hosting from a hosting company before starting my web designing project until I bumped into this video. Thankfully I will do that now until I decide to purchase hosting and get my website live on the web. This video was very helpful and took me step by step, straight to the point with no confusions at all. Thanks!😀

for those who are saying that they are getting a 404 error (in localhost/ step) is because the name should be the same as the file extract name, meaning no space should be there e.g myspace like this.. hopes this helps

Excellent tutorial. A bit more complicated than Bitnami was to set up but invaluable since Bitnami stopped allowing you to install localhost Wordpress directly on to a Windows PC
