Thank you so much for this clear tutorial. It worked for me with XAMPP 7.4.26 / PHP 7.4.26. However, when I tried it with the latest XAMPP 8.1.0 / PHP 8.1.0, I got a weird error: "There is a critical error in your website" whose underlying error was: "uncaught mysqli_sql_exception: table wp_options' doesn't exist". Can you please explain to me how to fix it for later XAMPP/PHP versions?
