    Skullcrusher is one of my favourite, you can actually crush your skull if you’re not doing it right.

    I know as a beginner at the gym I've been doing several dumbbell mistakes such as resting at a flat surface in 60 seconds before doing the dumbbell press again. But by watching your videos keeps me motivated and improve my dumbbell press next time I hit the gym so thank you bro.

    Watching all your videos gives me so much hope for my adventure in to the gym world! However, the issue I currently have is a sprained wrist/Repetitive Strain Injury so unfortunately I can't start my workouts :(. Not even sure how long this issue is going to last for! However, going to keep watching these videos and build up a work plan based on them. Thanks!

      Start doing stretching for your wrist flexors and extensors for 2 weeks
      After 2 weeks start do strengthening workout and 3-4 times icing in a day.

      No other muscle group during this phase
      Although you can do cardio and core routine

      These tricep exercises will help. If you hold your arm out to the side. Your triceps may be loose. If you need to lose a little weight do that also. 👍

    for skullcrushers its better to angle your arms back to have constant tension on triceps. If arms are straight up there is no tension at the top. Try it, it will be a noticeably tougher

    Great face at 7:30... I've done some of these, but getting expert tips on doing them properly is invaluable. I've never found it hard to isolate triceps...it's one of the muscle groups it's easy to feel working.

      Don't do arm stretches. They are not needed. Just warm up with a lighter weight. Then use your normal weights. 👍

    Tip: For close-grip bench, curl your thumb under the bar, not over (grabbing) the bar, your tri's will scream... Also, I great super-set, is first do Skull Crushers (again, curl your thumb under the bar) and immediately move to close-grip bench, again your tri's will scream...

    I have an experiment: sometimes I use a bar a put all the weight on one side and grab the other as back dumbbell extension, the weights go down and the other side up

    Hey man, great video, you have such nice editing and structure. One thing: For the skull crushers, Jeff Cavalière recommends keeping the arms slightly bent backwards at the lockout position to keep tension on the Triceps throughout the entire exercise :)
