how are these messangin ad converting compared to a conversion ad leading into a funnel or a facebook lead ad?

Hi! It's best to use Meta Ads Manager as it gives you more options. Plus the Boost button on the app is about to come with a 30% additional fee due to app store policies, so it's certainly the best move to use Ads Manager :) - C

I need this for my life insurance business. Does many chat have a feature to book people on my calendar? Or, would it have to send them to a link to book the appointment?
Hi, you can configure your ManyChat flow to deliver any given link in the DMs, so you could provide them with your calendar link that way. You could do something like "Comment 'book now' below and I'll DM you my link", they comment and then ManyChat automatically DMs them the link with a message - C

Thank you so much for this. I'm definitely going to utilize this info. However, for a fashion brand, how do we get more comments using the above strategy? Hope to read from you soon..
So happy the video was helpful! Some immediate ideas for fashion brands - you could ask them questions that would help you to direct them to product recommendations e.g. "comment date night for our fav look right now" or "drop an occasion below to find the perfect fit" and then in the DMs you could ask more follow up questions for tailored recommendations (the bot could do this too). You could also use this alongside exclusive offers / giveaways. Hope that helped to spark further ideas! :)
How can you setup automation: Convery your instagram comments into sales: say you have like 5 post and they like all of them it would send them 5 messages in like a second, I set a time limit to send it every 60 seconds but how can u set it up so it only sends like that 1 subscriber or name one message not like 4 in 4 mins if it does it every min, like say they go like 4 of my post and after each post it comments a min later saying thanks for comment- how can I stop that from sending the same msg just for commenting so it doesnt spam them
Hi, so they only get an automated response by commenting the keyword mentioned in the caption. It doesn't message them for a like or general comment without the keyword. If they did comment with the keyword, they'd be welcoming both the response and the DM (as that was the intention of using the keyword), so it shouldn't be an issue with spamming them. Set it up so any instagram comment
It sends them a dm automatically, but if their was a way to filter it by user or something so it knows this guy commented 4 post so instead 4 messages just send one or after each send it waits 24 hours.

You actually can't use Manychat without a keyword, it's the only way it works to my knowledge. You can set a specific keyword to work on all posts, but you'd need to tell the audience to comment it for it to trigger the DM. You can also choose specific posts and the keyword would only work there.@@orangecountywebsites

It does! :) So same approach that I did here with ads, but you would select facebook as the placement and direct people to messenger.

great video but wont using engagement objective produce a lower quality potential lead/customer as opposed to using sales objective at top of funnel with click to message ?
Great question! We're finding that we are getting more bang for our buck and qualified interest, likely because the ask is so low (e.g. comment and we'll send you a freebie, or DM us to chat) - so with this approach it's becoming more of a numbers game and working in our favour. We're always testing though.

@@steveniannelli2756 definitely! This video was inspired by the volume of sales we've seen through the DM strategy. A consideration though is that because it's a warm lead essentially entering the DMs the sales process / communication has to be firmly in place to get that conversion (whether AI is sufficient, or a human who is on the other side available to close/support).
@Highseasonco what price are you selling your products at that are getting these sales?
The client that inspired this video provides training for nurses and physicians through in-person classes, they usually range from $3,500-$10,000 depending on the class structure. Moving to click to message, if I can be dramatic, was a game changer in terms of the value we’ve been able to provide as an agency. For them specifically it helped us to fill up classes months in advanced.
