ManyChat will only send DMs to people who have commented a keyword. In other words, they are opting in to receive an automated DM. It may not be able to send to send to a private account depending on that person's settings.

My friend, who follows me, left a comment with the keyword and it worked perfect! but all the traffic coming as cold leads from paid ads are not working. Could that be why is not working? There are different definitions for the term Bot. In this case, it is an automation system, that only works on people who actively engage and agree to be contacted. There is no unwarranted outreach involved. :)

But how do you collect the emails? I have zapier, but that doesn't seem to be a zap! How are you getting the emails from the DMs to your list???
You can collect them manually or have ManyChat do it for you 🙂
