Hi! Typically for a lifestyle page, you'd use a Creator account. The "personal blog" in the bio is separate to the Creator page, you can do both! - C

Great video thank you! I’m wondering if you have a video that discusses doing Instagram reel “series”? Like for example “here’s part 1/4 of the history of ….and then ending with call for engagement.” If I do these posts (becsuse my topic is too long to fit into one reel) I’m wondering how to structure my other content, like what to post in between that part 1 and 2 for example for that “series”? Are there general rules to follow? Like don’t have more than “one” series at the same time. And if so, what other posts can I include - do they have to be similar to the topic discussed in that “series”? Just looking to understand how to deliver content that way and manage the rest of Instagram page so there’s still variety …hope this question made sense!

Hey guys! Would you do an extensive video breaking down the style, genres, formats, and length of videos/posts that work on major social platforms IG/FB, TIKTOK, RUclips, etc...?
I noticed not one piece of content or certaint style (5sec vids vs talking head vs education vs long captions vs hashtags) work on every platform... :/ ie. I've had a viral reel on IG that has literally 0 views on tiktok... Thank you!!
Hey! There's no universal answer to that question, so it'd be tough to do a video on it. I've seen all of those styles you mentioned work on all of those platforms. There's so many factors - the niche, the account posting it, when it was posted, how good the content actually is, timeliness/relevancy etc. I don't think anyone could really shed any accurate light on that for you as I don't even think the platforms themselves could say. Sometimes it just is what it is - a piece of content that works on one platform falls flat on another. Just need to keep testing! - C

Hey! One question i have that doesn't get answered by videos so far, is 'Do you have to post at the exact same time, same days for the algorithm to favor you? This was a strategy that I used to hear was important, and so I've stuck to for year on my first business. But since I'm just starting up a new one, I'd love to know how quickly, if at all, i should decide on that time of day.

Hi Zoe! Great question. No, you don't have to post at the same time or days in order to get into the algorithm's good books. Find a cadence that works for you that you can stick to, and then keep that going. It's really all about testing - so for example, if you find that posting 3 times a week on Mon, Tues and Wed works then run with that until it stops working. What's most important is consistency overall, not which days you're posting. You can also use your Insights to guide you as to which days/times your audience is mostly online, however that won't be possible for a few months on the fresh account so you can just take your best guess in the meantime. Local lifestyle Influencers for sure! It would also be worth exploring a partnership down the line. For example, one of our clients own a series of aesthetic clinics and we use Influencer campaigns to drive awareness of promos / services. They also host open houses etc and invite Influencers in. - T
Great Video guys but it would be awesome if you can show descriptions of what you are describing while you are describing it. The first example you showed was a case in point, but most of the other examples were only talking and no demonstrations. For new comers to instagram like myself, this would be very helpful

Quick question guys, for a new page, do you think it's more effective to post daily reels instead of image posts algorithm-wise? Honestly, in my case I don't think it'd be sustainable in the long term but at least at the beginning to tickle the algorithm and then maybe post a couple of reels a week and daily image posts? do you think it's a good strategy? thanks in advance ^^
Thank you! You can definitely try that, I wouldn't encourage it as IG have proven that Reels aren't prioritized any more so it wouldn't guarantee anything. I'd suggest to switch it up, add some carousels in there, daily Stories etc - C

Hi Giuliana, the best place to start would depend on whether you'd like to pay for a course, or learn for free on RUclips. As far as courses, we don't know of any personally but I imagine there'd be a bunch available either via independent creators, or via marketplaces like SkillShare or UDemy. With RUclips, there are a ton of free resources (our channel has hundreds of videos - you could start here: ruclips.net/p/PLr0cAjaVapOPDBR1HR9K6sxdzx13b-bih). The only downside is they might not be as organized as a course would be, so there'd be some repetition. Once you feel like you're good to go, see if you can volunteer to run social for a business or a friend to get some real-life experience, or even intern, or apply for a co-ordinator role. Great question. There's a balance here, if you're only engaging with businesses in the same industry as yours then we can see how you could risk the majority of the audience being them following you (there would also be an intention that some of their audience follows you too though). But that's why we recommend looking at your niche in totality, so also engaging with those who serve the same kind of clientele as you (for example when I think brow bar, i also think hair salon, make up, aestheticians etc). This is especially important with businesses focusing on a local audience. Let me know if that helps! - T

I just discovered that in my account status page there are no check marks, just a page saying "You haven't posted anything that is affecting your account status". Is it normal?
It's an account created in 2012, first it was a personal one but then I changed it into a business one and I do suspect that during the last 4 yeats I have been shadowbanned for I don't know what reason 🤷
If I check other 2 accounts that I have created later (2016 and 2018) I have those checkmarks, more than 3 in one account.

For some reason, When I look up my status', The "certain content cant be recommended" option on the list or 3, isn't even showing up. The other two "removed content" and "features you can't use" are both there, no problem. Any ideas why "certain content cant be recommended" isn't showing up at all for me? Hi Elizabeth, if it's not there, it just means that you don't have any issues with that. I'm not sure if the fact that it's a new account makes an impact (my guess is no, it shouldn't matter), but you should be fine to keep going. Hi! Thanks for the kind words, very happy to hear it's helpful. So you can choose a cadence of posting that works for you - doesn't matter what it is (1 post a week, 2 posts a week etc) but choose something you can stick to. Consistency is key. You don't need to do anything else, you can just start to post better content from today onwards with CTAs, consistent images/graphics, install Manychat to drive people to your DMs and your offers, start engaging with people daily etc. Hope that helps! - C

Hi, sounds like a glitch. Try from another device, and see if your other accounts are affected too. You could try reporting it to IG, or just wait it out until it fixes itself which it often does - C

Hi! So when we say CTA, we just mean something at the end of your caption that asks for a specific action. Eg "Let us know what you think in the comments!" or "Hit the link in my bio to learn more!" Something like that. Scheduling wasn't removed to my knowledge but it could be a country-based thing, perhaps. You can still use Planoly or Later, which might even be easier - C

My account has two green check marks, but the “content that can’t be recommended” is missing. No X. Do I need to fix this or maybe an IG update? I have a another account that has four green checks. Thanks for the info!
Might be due to the account type e.g personal, creator or business

What if everything under status is checked and seems you're good to go but: your reels get 60 views at max, no one sees you, no likes, and not even bots interact with you? I no longer know what I'm doing wrong

It could be a combination of a bunch of things - for example, are you engaging with accounts daily, are you using the right hashtags, is your content engaging, have you switched up your content lately, are you only following accounts in your niche, are you sharing to Stories multiple times a day, are you editing using IG's native features etc. The only way to know for sure is to isolate different things and keep testing - C
@Highseasonco thx for replying! been doing that for a long time but stopped recently bc I have almost 400 followers and only 8-10 watch my stories (is a professional account of my etsy store) and is frustrating! And the no bots commenting looks way too weird to me
@@JM-dl6kb Interesting. You could look at starting a new account from scratch; it'd be challenging too but if your current account is somewhat compromised then it's another approach. Otherwise it'd be a bunch of consistent work and testing to bring it back to life. I think it'd be possible, it doesn't sound like there's a specific, major issue, but either approach could work - C

Hi! So content doesn't get recognized as influencer content as such, but if your niche is very clear then it could be categorized as that. It sounds like you'll have a number of topics that you post about so it might be tough but you can try and see how you go! Just make sure you're following and engaging with only accounts that post about the same things that you do.

I need a bit of help please. I have a skateboard account and im struggling to grow a little and im not getting much likes. Normally i get between 60-90 likes and i have 922 followers on instagram. I engage with my followers and non-followers, I post consistently and i write inspiring captions but now i gain between 20-30 likes. How can i fix this?
Hi! Did you apply all of the strategies in the video? A lot of it is about testing. Try out different approaches to your content. If you've been doing the one style of posts, switch it up into a few different creative approaches and see if anything gets some traction. Most of the time it's about the content, so try to focus on doing something different eg if you're posting mostly people skateboarding then try to give some tips. Hope that helps! - C
