The journalist was rubbish. I don’t understand why he didn’t rebut what Mandeep’s husband was saying. He says at one point after the police case she had therapy on her own and together with him. Erm hello! You live in America where therapy is used widely, especially couples therapy. And within the case she was victim of domestic violence and children are involved, therapy is a must if you want to keep your family together. The journalist should have questioned this but looks like he didn’t have much knowledge. Also when Mandeep’s husband said I didn’t want girls because Mandeeps mental health issue could have passed down to them. This was a bloody joke! The journalist could have used a very simple scientific knowledge and that if mental health genes are present they can be passed down to boys as well.
The journalist had so many chances where Mandeep’s husband could have been caught out lying but he didn’t take any of them.
